My experience with homestar remodeling was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. They made the process seamless. I had the siding removed and replaced on my entire home. The project manager. Ty went above and beyond to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted and in the time frame that we wanted it The gentleman that came do the work were able to remove the old siding, replace the new siding in 2 and 1/2 days. They arrived early and left late to make sure the job was finished I would most definitely recommend them to everyone I love the new look of my home. It is exactly what I describe to them that I wanted. When I need to do other major projects in my home I will most definitely be contacting them again

The sales guy was great. I could live with the months long delay. I could overlook bringing a door with cosmetic damages that they ultimately replaced. But the fact that my door has been drafty all winter.. that the first guy who came couldn't fix it.. then no one get's back to me as I was promised.. then after calling again getting a dishonest voicemail saying "the supplies just came in" and here is the fix! There is a large gap under my threshold and now there is a bead of silicone that looks like garbage and didn't even seal it.

Our experience with Homestar was AMAZING

Our initial meeting with the sales consultant, Alex, was great, he was kind and very knowledgeable. I didn't feel harassed or pressured at all. Alex then asked Mike, Director of Operations, come out to look at the job. He spent a lot of time going over everything with my husband and came up with a great plan to remedy some existing (potential) issues. My husband a carpenter and was very impressed with his level of knowledge, eagerness to help and great attitude from Mike. The extra time and care given to this was above what we could have asked for.

On installation day, a crew of 6 men show up at 7am and begin tearing down the old roof. They were polite and respectful and worked over 12 hours to get this job done. They worked very hard all day and were meticulous in their work. From start to finish, this crew was a dream to work with. When the job was finished, I expected to find nails and debris everywhere, but even after a 13 hour day they spent a lot of time cleaning up. The ground was impeccable.

Several times throughout the day, Mike and Ty (Project Manager) stopped by to check on their progress and made sure we were happy. Ty came out a couple days after to check in and see if we had any problems.

I know this is a long review but there's a lot to a big project like this and we were impressed with Homestar every step of the way.

Start to finish they were great. Easy process for getting the price quote, worked with my condo association to get approval, fair pricing and worked with me to make my small job happen when others wouldn’t.

Installers were neat, courteous and thorough. Company checked in after the install as well to make sure all went smoothly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for custom windows.

4.5/5.0. A 5.0 overall in terms of initial presentation of materials to be used and work to be done, the actual installation/fitting of the materials (siding, windows, front door), and being kept informed of dates, times, and follow-up work needed (thank you, Ty and Mike!).
4.5: There were glitches: one wrong window (although they were able to get the correct one the following week), hammering outside causing some holes in wall plaster inside the house, trampled flowerbeds (after being told where not to step or place ladders), and while clean-up was generally good, we were still picking up some debris including broken glass afterwards.
It's understood what a project of this size entails; we mention the glitches to let future customers know what to be on guard for.
Overall, the HomeStar managers who worked with us were conscientious about what we wanted and were expecting. And the finished product was worth the cost. Thank you, HomeStar.

Everyone was so nice from my very first encounter. Larry, stopped by and went over all information with me. He answered all my questions. (I had three windows installed). I can't tell you how happy I'm am with my front windows and garage windows. The installers were great. They came on time, walked me through the process and finished the project in a reasonable time frame. Customer service called and checked in with me. Mr. Joe came out and made sure work was completed and correct. He even showed me options for future siding and gutters. (I have an old house).
