We have a new construction build and decided to hire Prospect on a recommendation. Tyler was who inspected our home and was very detail-oriented, professional, and friendly during the entire process. Tyler was also punctual—which is quite rare with contractors around here unfortunately. The staff was extremely friendly and I would recommend Pro-Spect to anyone with a home, old or new! Tyler found things that we were not aware of, and I prefer someone who will walk through our home with a fine-tooth comb! Five stars and well-deserved. Thank you Pro-Spect!

Worked with Adam, he was early, very thorough and up front with any issues. Made me aware of things I didn't notice on one of the original walkthroughs (I suppose that's the point!) Also offered advice (Not in a professional/this is what you do aspect) on how to go about doing some things and general pricing if I outsourced. He brought a chair for me as well as a tape measure and a form to take measurements while I was waiting for him to do the inspection. He was very kind and respectful. Great experience. The appointment was scheduled within 48 hours. Jonathan was the inspector and did an excellent job. They provided a sheet that list the rooms and provided us a tape measure so we can go around and take measurements while the inspector was doing their part. This service was available so if you wanted to start ordering flooring, countertops, window treatments, paint, etc. you would have some preliminary measurements. He reviewed everything at the end so you would understand what was in the report that we received electronically in less than 30 minutes after the visit ended. Super efficient and thorough. Would recommend this company for all your home inspection needs. Message for the owner, you need to seriously consider making Jonathan a partner/owner in the business. Thanks for your service.

Adam was the technician for my buyers and he is very knowledgeable and patient. He spent a lot of time with my buyers and he explained all the things to my buyers since my buyers are first time homebuyer so there are a lot of things they don’t know. I highly recommend this company. I purchased a new construction home, and was not able to attend the inspection but it didn't matter. I had fantastic communication during every step of the process - from Jess in the office to Andrew who performed the inspection. An extra thumbs up to Andrew who was so patient answering all my questions. The ability to text and get quick responses, even at 8p on a Friday just tells you the care and professionalism this company has. I received the report before the end of business the same day - easy to understand descriptions, pictures of everything and videos as well. I will certainly be reaching out to them in a year, to do another inspection so the builder to correct any issues that might arise during that time.

If you’re looking for professionals, look no further, this company delivers what they say!!
Peter, who was the representative, was absolutely amazing. Peter was well-versed in what he did as a profession. He was diligently working and extremely focused. We had people in the house chatting, but Peter was not to be distracted, he maintained focus and was very thorough in his work. The last time I saw someone working this hard, was in New York, a city that is known for working hard. Peter really is a good representation for this company. Because of the experience, that we had with Peter and the Customer service, we highly recommend them!
