They came out last year and tried to sell me a new hvac unit because mine was “going out” and everything was “failing”. We scheduled them to come out the following week to get a quote etc.. I decided to get a second opinion with pro works, and they replaced the fan. A year later my hvac is still going strong with no issues.

Gary was very professional, extremely friendly and helpful. He explained to me about my heating system, and how well it was operating and functioning. Unfortunately, he had to give me the bad news that a part was going bad, but was very sympathetic to my plight about the cost of the part, once he was able to obtain that. Our service started with Jarrod coming out to look at our system and he gave us an estimate on a new ac unit. Jarrod was so polite and respectful of our home and our time. He was open and honest with pricing and what it included. Beings as it was summer, they were booked out a little while, and it was HOT and our unit was on borrowed time. Jarrod didn't hesitate and said while we waited for our appointment, Air Temp would provide us portable units or fix one of the issues with the current unit to help it last until the new install. Sure enough, a few days went by and a team was here putting a new starter in it along with freon! The team came and did the install, they were amazing!!! Polite, funny, knowledgeable and made sure they cleaned any mess they made. They installed a new wifi thermostat in which has been a lifesaver! Last but not least, we had to make a few calls to the call center for minor issues not related to the service, and the girls there handled it in a quick and respectful manner. So thankful we went with Air Temp! If you're in the market for a new system, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
