We love living here! Single family homes with single floor living. Ryan Homes builds quality homes. Houses well spaced, and there is lots of open spaces throughout the community. Neighbors are very friendly. Country living with all types of stores, restaurants and services a 7 min drive away. My husband and I can’t wait until we move into our brand new Ryan Home at Verona Woods 55+.We manifested our home, prayed and dreamed of having a Ryan Home. And because of Our Sales Representative Alexa Leahey and Our Loan Officer Lauren Cook who the both of them did such an awesome job. I definitely recommend Alexa and Lauren they’re such the ideal dream team with all the stars plus more , they made it all possible and James and I appreciate everyone that help to make our dream come true.We’re so excited! I myself can barely sleep at night but it’s such a great feeling, we said it’s like waiting for a baby to be born! The neighborhood is like a fairy tale, even the neighbors that we have seen are so friendly and we look forward to living in this wonderful community.

Dealing with Mark has been an absolute pleasure. I went for a visit with no intention of buying a home. Mark sold me on the community almost immediately. The lots, the layout and price were all to my liking.
After returning home, I started to get cold feet about moving to Verona Woods. I revisited the community and fully intended to stay where I currently live. However, Mark and I sat down and we worked out a plan that was to my satisfaction and now I am a proud owner. Mark is the best.
