I was very impressed with the timely responsiveness and quality of work done by the Schrock crew. They actually had a real person named Joel who called back. Joel said he'd have someone over in the morning, and HE DID. We had waste backing into the house, so we knew there was a major blockage somewhere. That turned out to be the least of our plumbing issues. The septic pump had stopped working and needed replacement. 3 men, representing about 15 man hours, 2 trucks including a pumping truck were needed to clean up this mess. I unequivocally recommend Elvin Schrock & Sons. John Conte & Nancy Misita, 12143 Beach Highway, Greenwood DE.

Came highly recommended. I needed about $1600 worth of repairs replacing a failed 80gal expansion tank (which I identified on the phone). It's been a full week, no call, no appointment. Tank was replaced 36 hrs after I contacted Mr. Schrock by another firm. I'm sure they do good work but...
