This weekend we noticed a problem with our pool starting to turn green. I sent an email to Clean Cut at 7:45 am Monday asking for help. They responded minutes later saying they would be out that day. They came, diagnosed the problem and balanced the water. Tuesday they came, replaces the broken part and again balanced the water. The problem was solved very quickly with minimal time out of the pool. . I’ve been pleased from pool installation to pool maintenance. Thanks so much for your outstanding service!

After having Clean Cut install our pool and maintain it for the past 10 years, they have now decided they are no longer doing maintenance, which includes openings and closings. Receiving an email at the the end of January stating this and then responding that here is a name I found on the internet, but know nothing about. We feel this was done unprofessionally and does not help their existing clients when they now have to go and find someone to open and close a pool that they installed. Needless to say, we had great feelings for Clean Cut in the past with both their staff and their workmanship but no longer have those feelings. And yes I am disgruntled.

If you’re in the market for a pool or any type of hardscape work, these guys are the best. Honest, reliable (rare traits these days) and so easy to work with. They installed our beautiful pool and surrounding patio area (Oct 2918) which transformed our backyard into a resort. It’s absolutely amazing!

Rich, Justin, Barry and Matt could not have been more professional as well as patient in explaining the pool mechanics and walking us through each step of the construction process.

We interviewed 3 other pool companies and we have no doubt at all that we made the best decision with Rich and his team. We’re also going to be reaching out to them in the spring for a few other projects.

Very bad experience. The picture shows the quality of the work. After 1 1/2 years of the pool NOT being completed, I asked the owner, Rich..."how long does it take to build a pool?". He laughed and would not answer and which point I let him know he did a sh@! job. There are much better companies. I had another local company come and finish the job and they were alarmed at how inferior the quality was which they educated me on. Buyer beware. Over 100k/2 years and I had to get someone else to redo much of the work.
