Very helpful staff. Things I used semi regularly they started stocking for me so I could pick them up when I needed them. Great experience working with them over the years.

Maybe train your drivers not to pull out in front of and cut off antique cars w/ no ABS and proceed to go 10-15 miles under the speed limit at 10am. Doubt your insurance would have been very happy on a Monday getting a 100% fault claim. Posting pictures so everyone knows to avoid this distracted driver.

So happy to have Israel as my technician. He performed warranty work on my doors twice. He was very professional and able to resolve the issues. On a previous visit another very good worker named Jan was here too. Both employees are an asset to your company.

My company has worked with them for years, and they provide high quality service, and are easy to get in contact with.
Would highly recommend them for any builder, Contractor, or homeowner that is in need of cabinets, trim, windows/doors, deck boards, or PVC exterior products.

Had a visit from Mark of Atlantic Millworks, yesterday. He arrived on time, and was totally professional from start to finish. Mark was VERY knowledgeable and informative about the window issue for which we had requested the visit. My wife and I were impressed with and appreciated his comprehensive, honest assessment of our windows and explanation of remediation options. Mark was/is an outstanding representative of his company. Thank for your help and insight, Mark!

Mark repaired one window and did a great job making any adjustments to our other windows and sliders needed post installation to provide the best possible fit and ease of operation . He also gave us a helpful quick course on features, operation and procedures for cleaning.

Mark was very professional, provided an explanation for the remote, settings and app. He was patient and reviewed the material over for me after spending time explaining to my husband. I was preoccupied with work, but after providing me with instructions I felt confident to operate the fireplace. Great service from the company overall! They even returned my call to help with registering the fireplace, with the model number. Thanks for great service.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. If you are looking for a company that puts customers first, look elsewhere. A minus 10 button would be great! I gave a 1 star because without it you can't post. Who looks at a picture of a door and orders a new door without asking for proper measurements from a homeowner who doesn't know any better? This company did. Oh, it was a new employee who had been there three weeks. Better training might be some good advice. The door they ordered was not the right size and they would not take it back. I'm now stuck with a $765 door. Worst experience ever!

Do yourself a favor, and do NOT do business with this company. If I could give a "Minus 5 star", I would. They demonstrated complete ignorance and not much customer support.
I spent $8,800 for 12 Simonton windows. First, I discovered that "wrapping" the frames was NOT included in the quote. What???
So, after being enticed to do business with them, they sprung this new charge on me. Wanting a professional installation with a "reputable" company, I agreed to the "hidden charge". "Top dollar for a first class installation", is what I thought. Did NOT turn out that way.
The installation crew showed up to install what is called a "pocket window". That means that the old windows are removed from the old frame, then the replacements centered into the remaining rectangle, which should already be level, and square. What the "installation company" did, was actually remove the old window construct out of the frame of the house. They "thought" it was like a window installation into a new house. (!!!) And, they screwed up 2 of the "old" windows. Deduction: This "installation company" was not vetted, and there was no communication between them and Atlantic Millwork. Nor was there any aluminum for window wrapping! Nor did they bring shims nor levels to check their work! No insulation! Nor did they speak English! Nor did they understand what to do on my job site. I myself had to go to the store and purchase an aluminum "coil". Yes, me, the customer!
They were the 3 Stooges!
After about 1 full day of work, my HVAC guy came into my house, and he saw one of the new windows. He put both hands on the bottom window and shifted it from left to right. Not tight at all; just "slid around". He then checked out another window, raised the bottom window, put his right hand on the top of that bottom window, and PULLED IT RIGHT OUT OF THE FRAME !!!! Real tight, eh? Real weather resistant, eh? Pro job, eh? The caulking looked like 1st grade finger painting.
I immediately fired them, and fired Atlantic Millwork. They took EVERYTHING out of my windows, leaving 7 gaping holes in my walls. I then went to Home Depot and purchased 4x8 sheets of 1/4 inch plywood to cover the holes. I also ordered a measurer from Home Depot to take a window order for new replacement windows to fill the holes which Atlantic Millwork was unable to install. I forecasted another 5 weeks in a dark home. I planned to spray paint "Atlantic Millwork" on the two front plywood patched windows. I also called Atlantic's "ML" to get my money back.
Rather than lose my money, he offered another crew, and, attempting to keep my renovation moving forward, I accepted. That new crew was much better... they showed up with levels, spray insulation, shims, etc. I didn't like that they installed a 1"x1" plastic "addition" to the window sill, actually nailing it through the aluminum below, but they insulated and caulked fairly well. They spoke English and demonstrated customer service.
Also, no one checked the order, so I had one window the wrong size, and another window damaged. That took several more weeks until that was fixed.
ML, the big boss from Atlantic Millwork, told me: "We've not been in existence for 26 years if we can't install a window." I don't agree with this assessment at all. Their professionalism caused me lost time and a ton of heartache. They sent me the 3 Stooges. They insulted me. They offered me no compensation. THEY DON'T CARE!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I recently worked with Vincent for a front porch window replacement and interior bead board installation. The customer service and communication was nothing short of FANTASTIC. I contacted Atlantic Millwork and promptly had an appointment setup for an onsite consultation and discussed various ideas and budgets. Vincent provided multiple options and took measurements to provide a quote which was received in 2 days! Once the windows arrival was confirmed I was contacted for installation and Vincent worked some magic and was able to work in the installation one week earlier than originally anticipated, and was able to start on the day the windows arrived. This worked perfectly around summer schedules and rentals and made the process extremely smooth. The workmanship and installation went very well and completed on schedule. Not being local has made jobs like this a challenge at time but my experience with the team at Atlantic couldn’t have been more positive. The professionalism, communication and great pricing made the entire experience a true pleasure. I could not be any happier to have worked with Atlantic Millworks, will work with them on future jobs and highly recommend them!

I've used Rob at Atlantic Millwork for replacement windows and couldn't be happier. The quality of the product is great and has dramatically improved the comfort of our home. Yes, there are many places to purchase windows, but his outstanding service is what has made me a loyal customer.
