Overall

This is a conveniently located place in Lewes, especially for a standard-sized project where vast inventory and variety would be overkill. I needed a remnant for a bar counter. The staff tried to be helpful but the remnant selection is limited and the price per sq. ft. is high. There were also a lot of annoying little add-ons that were disproportionate to the size and scope of the job. Another source about 30 minutes north had a huge remnant selection at a very reasonable price. The process was straightforward and the total cost was 40% less.

Henlopen Granite has been an excellent company from start to finish. They were very welcoming & helpful when picking out a choice for our counter tops. Everything was explained about the process & they answered all our questions making us feel comfortable. When the slabs came in Jennifer had us come to the shop to show us how the direction of the veins could be fabricated with the slab pieces. The installers, Alberto & Omar showed up on time & removed our old counter top, setup for the new one & the new one was beautiful. It all turned out wonderful. Our sink & faucet were installed correctly and all plumbing was completed. They cleaned up & were on their way. Jennifer was in communication the entire time. Prices were really good. The girls in the office were fantastic too. I would recommend this business. Thank you Jennifer & your employees.

Wonderful family business, from ordering, samples and timeline they worked with us. Henlopen Granite was a perfect fit for our remodel. We went with two different color countertops after we took 10 samples home and they didn't bat an eye. Wonderful people from the moment you walk in to the showroom to the installers. I wish more businesses treated you like this. We had been to two other places when we met Jennifer and Anna, we knew where we had to buy our countertops from Henlopen Granite! We bought a vacation home in at the beach and wanted to replace the existing black granite countertops. Black shows every crumb, grain or salt and water drip-ugh! The owner, Jennifer, at Henlopen Granite was beyond helpful and guided us through the process of choosing new white quartz countertops. From the templating to installation, the experience was easy and professional. And the pricing was extremely competitive. The finished project is stunning! The detail to bookmark the veining in the slabs around my sink is spectacular. I will definitely be back when we get to bathroom vanity tops :)
