Mary at Tile Market was fabulous. She ordered us 4 samples of tiles until we could exactly the perfect tile for our kitchen backsplash. She recommended Sharon Lawrence for the tile work and she did a great job on laying the tiles and making suggestions for the tiling. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend Tile Market in Lewes for any tile work.

My contractor recommended I shop for my tile here, drove up and walked around the store several times for a while looking around and not one person spoke to me or asked if I needed help. I understand all businesses are understaffed but this was not 100% not the case. The ladies working definitely could have greeted me. Felt very snooty and was SO disappointed I drove all the way to Lewes. Was prepared to buy tile for my bathroom and kitchen too. Taking my business elsewhere. Looks like from other reviews this is the norm here, wish I had read the comments before wasting my time.

Went in and met with a salesperson after getting a recommendation from my contractor and made my selections. She was supposed to get back to me with a price. She didn’t reach out to me. I called and left a message. No response. I called again. The person who answered the phone apologized and said that the salesperson would get back to me. She never did. I went with another company. My contractor said he has stop using them because he has had several problems lately.

I ordered 65 Sq ft of ceramic tile waited for it to come in when picking it up the whse worker was bringing it out with a forklift and damaged part of the order ....this was total negligence due to the way the material was on the pallet and the way the worker operator drove the forklift...anything fragile I will never purchase from here. Anything indestructible may be safe.

I was referred by my builder to the Tile Market, so I decided to stop in and look for a kitchen backsplash for our kitchen renovation. I literally walked around, and not one person offered to help me in any way. I had to go up to the front desk and ask for help, and even she seemed bothered and didn't really want to spend time helping me. I will not be going back.

I bought my backsplash tile and quartz countertops tops from Tile Market . I paid for installation of the quartz. The day before the installer came to remove the countertops I was told I had to disconnect my sink. I scrambled to get someone to do that on such short notice. When they came to remove the countertops they told me oh we can’t remove the island countertops we did not bring enough people. So we will remove it when we install.So I was left for three weeks without a sink for no reason. By the way they don’t take away your old countertops they leave them in your garage. Ok so installation seam very visible where stove cut out is. Counter top was not measured right on island. My dishwasher washer stuck out so they came back a just pushed the whole thing forward. It’s still not right but livable. Plus quartz was sent out with a prominent black mark they came back when they moved the top and made it less noticeable. Oh yes communication they neglected to inform me my designer was no longer with them and did not even bother to give me someone else to help me with this process.

Was going to have granite kitchen countertops install. paid half and they said they will call to schedule templates 2 to 4 weeks. after 6 weeks I get a call that they never put it in I wasn't on the schedule!!! then they said we'll we can put you on but it will be 2 months before we can get someone out there for the templates then another 2 weeks for installation. They never made any attempt to make it right. I would spend my money elsewhere! Maybe a place that cares even a little!
