I recently had a dryer that needed repair and they were prompt, returning my call even on a Saturday, courteous, setting up the next available appointment, and John was very friendly and knowledgeable when he arrived. He took the time to explain the repair and I am very happy with the service!

I have used Stand service for some years now and they are the absolute best!!!!! Extremely professional, so attentive and knowledgeable and John is so pleasant, a master ar his craft sfter 41 years love when he explains things and has once advised against repairing my dryer for safety reasons, when I expksined to the people at Lowes they said “ well if John said so its true “! Fixed my fridge from leaking yoo!

I didn’t really get a chance to see what this company’s work was like. I had an appointment for 6-8pm, I was out volunteering at a homeless shelter and hit some traffic due to an accident on the way home and got home at 6:08. Apparently the technician had been to the house already and spoken to my roommate and never even bothered to call me. She estimated that he was there around 5:50, but even if he was there within the 6-8 window a quick phone call would be appropriate in 2022, it’s not the 90’s anymore, he could have easily reached me and given me a chance to tell him that I was right down the road. Tried calling and they never returned my call. Pretty poor service. If he had shown up at 8:15 I wouldn’t have shut the door in his face just for being a little late, I think a little understanding would go a long way. Too bad they don’t care to go the extra mile or the extra 8 minutes .

Dave made a service call to my elderly mothers house on 4/28/20. He was incredibly professional and put my mothers concerns about her oven to ease.
After conducting several Diagnostics,
he patiently explained the minor issue.
He was incredibly Professional and reassuring.
I will highly recommend AAA Stan’s A/C and appliance. I Highly Recommend Dave. What and incredible business and professional, patient and understanding personnel.

I am so impressed with Kyle at AAA Stan’s Appliance! I have an LG washer that kept giving me an unbalanced load error. It “worked”, but it took forever to complete a cycle and would often stop several times during a load. It was such a headache, but I tried to live with it, since my machine was out of warranty. It’s been a problem for a year and it just kept getting worse. When I recently decided to call someone to try to repair it- it was hard to find anyone who serviced LG’s. My washing machine is only 5 years old and I was hoping that I wouldn’t have to replace it.
When I called Stan’s, I was scheduled right away. They said they had LG expertise. One of their technicians,Kyle, came out and spent time diagnosing the problem, explaining my options and detailing my repair cost estimate. He was so thorough and knowledgeable, Very professional and considerate. I had confidence he was going to get to the bottom of my LG’s problem. He ordered parts and scheduled to return and install them. This morning I was able to do laundry with absolutely no problem and it’s such a relief to have a perfectly operational LG washing machine again! I wish I would have called earlier! I highly recommend this business and especially Kyle!

This is the second time we've used AAA Stan's in just about 2 years and very happy with their service. Very knowledgeable about our appliances and offered great advice. Not pushy on selling anything, just honestly trying to help us with the best information to make our decision.

Usually I just call Lowes for any mechanical appliances fixes as we buy most of our appliances from them. Decided to go local. Stan's repair service was great. From the phone call to the mechanic everything went great. My washing machine runs better than ever before I believe I was charged a fair price for the diagnosis and repair. The repairman was impressive. Would definitely use again.

John and Kyle were dispatched through LG customer service to correct a noisy vibration issue with a stacked dryer while the washer was in a spin cycle. They arrived promptly and presented themselves in a professional manner. I was able to duplicate the noise while the washer was not operating by just shaking the dryer. Long story short, although Kyle was receptive to actually checking inside the dryer, John described at length how wood floor construction, especially in a new home (which I have) is the reason for these noises. And also noted in the service summary that the floor needs to be SUBSTANTIALLY reinforced to correct this problem. Nothing could be further from the truth regarding the floor issue. His assessment was made without a moment's hesitation on his part. I did not realize he was also a structural engineer. Suffice it to say the visit was a total disappointment with nothing being resolved. This was my experience with their service. I hope yours has a better outcome. Nice folks but not a good experience.
