We were very happy with Pedroza painting. Rafael was available quickly for a quote. He delivered his quote on the spot. His quote was lower than two other companies. I generally avoid the lowest quote unless I see something I like in the contractor. Rafael came across as genuine and my initial read was correct. We had them paint our entire main floor which included walls and ceilings. Two rooms have 18' high ceilings. They were done in three days, four if you count the day they they returned to touch up areas that needed touch ups. We asked them to return to improve some areas that were missed during the preparation phase, some rough areas like nail pops and corner beads that were still a bit rough. You cannot always detect these until the final coat is down, but then it is awkward sometimes (for me), to ask a team to return. However, Rafael's returned and addressed all of our requests without hesitation or any awkwardness and I am so happy that I asked. Clean up was very good each day. Bottom line is that Predrozas did our large painting job at a lower cost, and they were professional, friendly, courteous and the painting was very good. We are very happy and have referred him already to close friends.

I am so pleased I went with this company. They were extremely professional, affordable, had great communication and did wonderful work. They painted our wood paneled den with built in bookshelves and old brick fireplace and completely transformed the room. Their main goal was making sure that we were satisfied and happy. The Pedroza team replaced 30-year-old cedar siding on about a 1/3 of our house with Hardyboard before painting the structure with three colors, including a board-on-board fence around the courtyard.
