My wife and I have been wanting to replace our laminate kitchen countertop for several years. Around 8 years ago we had gotten quotes for the project, but we decided to hold off because the cost was more than we wanted to spend and the current countertop was still in very good condition.

We started looking again in early 2024 by doing our research and decided to go with granite countertop for several reasons. We liked the look, the maintenance is fairly easy, and we already had a granite self installed above our stove when we did the kitchen backsplash 20 years earlier. We hoped to find a piece of granite for our new countertop that matched our shelf. We went to Lowes and Home Depot first just to get an idea what was out there, but the selections were slim and the prices were on the higher side. I looked up several companies dealing with stone/granite and set out to find the right stuff for the right price.

Keystone was conveniently located to be my first stop. Mustafa and co-owner Tuba greeted me as I walk in the store and I was taken to the stone warehouse in the next room. I saw exactly what I wanted within minutes. I asked about the price and it was considerably less expensive than what Lowes and Home Depot had quoted me; and Keystone also had many better choices. I could have taken the deal right then and there, but I wanted to check out the other stores I had on my list to compare prices and options. The prices at the other stores were anywhere from 2-3 times more than Keystone. While Keystone gave me an all inclusive price, the other stores added costs on every step of the process. Removal of the old counter top, measuring, and sealant, all adding a few thousand dollars to the total job cost.

When I returned home and told my wife about what I had seen at Keystone, my wife and I jumped in our vehicle the same day so she could see the granite I selected. Mustafa and Tuba greeted us again and were upfront regarding maintenance and care; and the pros and cons of the granite we picked. After a short discussion we agreed to a deal. They even threw in the kitchen sink and suggested an under counter mount, which we agreed to and our thankful we did. They also added a lifetime sealant at no extra charge. Other shops I visited added as much as $1,500 for this sealant.

The installation was scheduled in 2 weeks and Sam came to get the measurements within days of our signing the contract. With our measurements confirmed, we received an email within 2-days with the configuration of how they were going to lay the granite out so we could give the approval to proceed. Next our installers arrived, Oscar and Edwardo on the set date to do the installation. They worked until the entire job was done and cleaned up after themselves. One of the easiest installation projects I have ever had to go through. The entire Keystone team has a customer driven work ethic and they were helpful to answer any questions to ease our minds. A few weeks after the install, we had a few issues with the granite and Keystone was out the next day to fix them. Can’t get that service much of anywhere now a days. Highly recommend you checking them out for any of your kitchen or bathroom countertop needs. There were extremely professional, friendly and they stand behind their products and workmanship.

Wow, what can't I say good about our experience at Keystone marble. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Sabrina. I was amazed at the amount of knowledge she shared with us regarding the stones. She knew the product liked the back of her hand. I was in awe of how she knew exactly where every stone was located in the showroom. Her direction of where to go to see the stones was on point.

I shared photos of our kitchen and bathrooms. Sabrina was able to give me solid advice and what she thought would be a match.

Wow! From start to finish, we were beyond happy. Tuba, without a doubt, is the most professional, kind, honest, and caring salesperson we have ever met...and we have made many home improvements. She was like shopping with a friend. And never once did she pressure us. Quite the opposite. She wanted us to take our time so that we would love our choice. CeeCee and Sabrina were wonderful as well, fielding my calls if Tuba was busy. Sam, our templater, was darling...young, but very knowledgeable. He gave us great advice. When I decided to remodel my kitchen, I went to quite a few different granite companies searching for the perfect slab. Every place I went seemed to have the same slabs and none of them really caught my eye. In addition, the customer service at all of the locations were less than desirable. Outstanding From Start to Finish! Like most people, I read reviews before I choose a company. Keystone had great reviews, so I walked into their store and warehouse with my husband to check out their service and selection. My husband and I were greeted by Tuba. She is so knowledgeable and professional. She took down the measurements that I brought for the 3 bathroom vanities that I planned to replace with Granite and then answered our questions. She let us tour the extensive warehouse (which is attached) with aisle after aisle of Granite Slabs to choose from. I was amazed at the number of slabs.

It was difficult to make our choices with such a selection! After finalizing our slab picks for each bathroom vanity sink and countertop- a measurement visit was scheduled and an installation date was provided.

Today I had all three installed by Adrian and Francisco and they did a beautiful job! These two guys are so skilled and professional! Honestly, don’t bother looking anywhere else- go to Keystone Granite for the best prices, service and selection. I wish they had been in Delaware when I put granite in my Kitchen 9 years ago! This is the place to do business with!
