My old AC unit stopped working. Air Temp Solutions got Anthony to my house quickly. Anthony gave me choices, because my unit was old I chose to have a new system installed. The next day Brian and his team were here first thing in the morning and were done by lunch. She shining star of the whole thing was Rachel, making things happen and making me laugh. We just had Camron stop by for regular maintenance on our A/C, and he discovered that a capacitor was going bad, so he replaced it same day; thus preventing an outage this summer. We’ve used AirTemp solutions for several years and would highly recommend them. They take care to communicate who is arriving when, so that we are aware beforehand (I love getting the texts with the person’s photo), and they even cover their shoes before they enter the home.
It doesn’t end there, because they take card payments on-the-spot, and follow-up with emailed photos and documented invoice (if applicable) after the service. Their membership package also helps us save money!

The whole team at Air Temp did a great job! We needed a new furnace after our old one stopped working. Jonathan worked with us on setting up the project and was super nice. Rachel was amazing and helped us figure out pricing. And Brian and his team of technicians arrived exactly on time to install the furnace, and were all so great and even took the time to make sure they weren’t tracking any dirt into the house.

I’m definitely going to keep using Air Temp for any other HVAC or plumbing needs I have.

Dave Blackburn was awesome, clean, and fast. Granted the work should have been done when my new air conditioning unit was installed. However, Air Temp was quick to resolve the issue. I was concerned at first when it was indicated that they weren’t sure how long it would take. But Dave showed up and was in and out in less than an hour. My system is much quieter now and seems to be working so much better. Oh and the work was done beautifully! Super happy!
