Couldn’t install our gas dryer even after making very sure to tell them several times when booking appointment exactly what the job entailed. They assured me they understood and would send someone highly experienced. Would not give me a price prior to arrival. Then when I got their price it was outrageously high vs every other quote I got. In the end I got them down to a competitive rate and not what was in their “book”. But my dryer still is not installed since the person they sent out really doesn’t do appliance installation. A total waste of my time.

I was very pleased with my service. The plumber who came out was knowledgeable, practical, and--most importantly--honest. He gave me two potential fixes for the issue I was having, and even accepted a third proposal that I came up with myself. Will definitely be back for future plumbing issues

Michael did an awesome job replacing our well pump. He was upfront on logistics and work that did or could need ti be done. He was timely courteous competent and professional. We are now back up and running with only a minor “no water” inconvenience. I recommend highly.

We got the job done, but twice as much as expected. We had the water connector from wall replaced, because it was so corroded we couldn't remove the hose. Only 1 was done, it would had been another 100 to do both hot and cold water. It was $500...the fee to come out was 65....we expected the job to cost about 250. Total time 1.5 hrs.

I couldn't recommend this company enough! No one wants to have to have their house worked on but luckily we came across D.P.P. They were very up front about everything and were very responsive and supportive through everything! Our technician Anthony was amazing, he was so helpful and thoughtful through everything. The service provided was excellent. I reached out to the customer online and within 5 or some minutes they called and set up a same day appointment. The technician, Anthony, was very informative on what was going on and provided options for repair or replacement, laying out the advantages and disadvantages. He kept the areas clean while working and afterwards. I can’t rate the product yet since I’ve only had it a day, but the service was excellent.

Ryan arrived right on time on a Saturday no less. Put on booties as he came in. Introduced himself and shook my hand. Very good beginning. It ended up being a faulty faucet and he gave me 3 different options to replace it. I ended going the buy my own at Home Depot and called them back Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning he was back right on time again and installed the faucet. He was great and I love my new faucet. Their service is a bit pricey but definitely worth it.
