First time using after previous hvac company got bought out and service took a drastic decline. Despite not having a contract Coastal Comfort was able to diagnose and repair my air conditioner in time for my 4th of July guests to enjoy the area. The techs I spoke with were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and the office staff kept me updated throughout the whole repair process. Very glad to have found them and will continue with a contract. Hopefully they don't get bought out by F.H. Furr.

Got an entirely new HVAC system, upgrading from an old ‘builder grade’ system. Coastal was super responsive, setting up an onsite sales consult for a few days after emailing them. They went over all the options, no pressure. The system I selected was eligible for a rebate but needed a home energy audit. They arranged all that and when there was an issue with the audit, they went to bat arguing over an issue to make sure I got the rebate. Installation was stress free, super nice guys. Respectable of the property. Attention to detail. There was an issue with the thermostat needing an update for system to work. They arranged for a supervisor to bring an updated one out later that night, but it finally did the update itself, all was good. Supervisor still came out the next morning to double check everything. Couldn’t have been happier. Would totally recommend.

We purchased a new heat pump system from Coastal Comfort Heating and AC a few years ago. We are very happy with it. This company maintains it along with our Trane Gaspack and a Mitsubishi ductless system. We have been and continue to be very pleased with their service. We would also like to give a special "shout out" to Dion, the gentleman who most recently performed maintenance on all 3 systems. He was very professional, knowledgeable and actually performed a deep cleaning of the Mitsubishi system, noting that particular system requires such every few years, and it was time.

The sales, planning and installation of our Heat Pump were seamless & outstanding. Also the office personnel were very responsive to answer questions and accommodate a few special requests. Duane provided various heat pump options and answered all of our questions in understandable terms. John, Install Manager, visited our house prior to installation to understand our issues and concerns with the orientation of our old air handler. He designed several upgrades that included an improved attic platform that made the new air handler more safely accessible, re-oriented the condensation pump, added an improved condensate drain, re-aligned the copper refrigerant line that was awkwardly installed with our original air handler and added an electric junction box (my term) to more safely accommodate wiring. He met with Ben and Christian, the installers the day of installations to explain the upgrades. Ben & Christian were courteous, neat and efficient installing our new heat pump system, answering questions and setting up & explaining the new Wifi thermostat. Going forward I plan to have Coastal Comfort service all of our HVAC needs.
