Excellent work and professional. Appointment was for 8am, they arrived at 7:50. On time. Installed my new water heater, answered my questions, tested the unit and done in about one hour. Cleaned up their footprints and left my house the way they found it. JDM Plumbers are my plumbers!!!

Had an emergency water leak inside my home. Called JDM at 3pm on a Friday and they had someone out before 4pm. They initially diagnosed the problem as a broken sewer pipe in my front yard that would require digging up my yard. They promptly responded the following Monday and through careful excavation determined the breakage was instead due to a third party having bored through the pipe. JDM then remediated the problem while also providing me with a detailed explanation of what had happened and how I can address it with the third party. Because of their due diligence, I was reimbursed by the third party within a short time for the repairs.

Outstanding service, Superb customer service and detailed explanation are just some of the ways I can describe JDM.

Was a great experience. It started out with my basement being flooded but ended up with a great water heater. I’m sure they do tanked water heaters as well.
They did an amazing job on a TANKLESS water heater when everyone else was saying they are not certified to do it. after you do your research if you come to the conclusion that you want tankless. Call JDM. I called the first time and the owner Josh answered. He was driving at the time. He came over the next day. Once he found out I didn’t have hot water he changed the schedule and installed mine the next morning 830. 3 hrs later it was finished. Very clean neat job. Even left a wrench for the filter removal. Sometimes there aren't enough stars. I wish I could give more. Steve was able to find and resolve the source of the sewer gas smell in my basement. I was dealing with it for over a year every since I bought the house. It was a nightmare. After several plumbers couldnt find it or refuse to deal with it, I was ready to give up but once I spoke to Josh, he assured me he knew what I was talking about and had methods to sniff out the culprit. And they did! Turns out it was an unglued connection in my wasteline. Most likely missed by the original builders. But this wasn't just a plumbing issue, the smell was affecting my quality of life. I was embarrassed to have friends and family over. Now my room just smells clean and fresh! I highly recommend JDM!!
