My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Bromwell for a complete kitchen remodel, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The project included removing a wall to open up the space, replacing most of the plumbing and electrical systems, reconfiguring the layout of the appliances, moving HVAC duct work, installing a new vent hood, replacing the tile, leveling the floor, and adding new molding to all the rooms that the tile ran through.
The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. Kristin, Dan and the rest of the team took our initial design ideas and truly brought them to life, enhancing them with their expert suggestions throughout the process. I was particularly impressed with how they managed the complexity of the project, seamlessly integrating all the changes and improvements without a hitch.
Their craftsmanship is top-notch, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The new kitchen layout is both beautiful and highly functional, and the additional design enhancements have made a huge difference in the overall look and feel of our home.
Communication was excellent throughout the project. They kept me informed at every stage and were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure I was completely satisfied with the end result.

Bromwell Construction renovated my family room and transitioned our guestrooom into a full separate apartment. They did an excellent job and I was thoroughly impressed with every part of the process. For me, it was an experience working with the Bromwell team. Sam, the designer was there every step of the way when it came to making decisions. I was so indecisive over and over and she never made uncomfortable with the amount of questions I asked. Dan, the project manager made sure I was aware of what progress was being made on a daily basis and kept me updated on all the timelines. They were pristine, professional and cleaned up after themselves each day as if no construction was going on at all. The end result has me floored. I am amazed and blown away by the results. They have exceeded beyond our expectations. I can’t wait for our next project with Bromwell. If there was a 10 star I would give them that rating! I will recommend them over and over.

We could not be happier with our home renovation and the Bromwell team. Since this was our first renovation project we were nervous about both the big and small decisions related to a major renovation including the entire downstairs level (kitchen, powder room, mudroom/laundry room. However, the Bromwell team brought our vision to life and it is perfect.

From the initial consult/estimate, Frankie made us feel confident the Bromwell team would be able to execute our project seamlessly. Designers Sam and Sydney were professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our vision throughout the entire process. They respected our wants and needs while offering much needed advice when we were overwhelmed with decisions. They somehow managed to make the process as stress free as possible despite a few challenges that can come with remodeling a 100 year home. We were so impressed by Dan, our project manager who communicated with us on a daily basis and expected top notch work from his team. If work was not completed to expectations, he was quick to evaluate and fix if needed.

We were extremely pleased with everyone who worked on our project including the carpenters, electricians, plumbers and painters. They were extremely skilled and respectful. Our neighbors even complimented how professional they were during the entire process.

We love our renovation and cannot thank Bromwell enough. The team managed to make our home beautiful and comfortable while keeping the historic charm of a city home. We are quick to recommend Bromwell to our family, friends and neighbors for any renovation as we are confident they are the best in the business. We are already planning our next project and know Bromwell will be our first call when we are ready to tackle it.

We had Bromwell renovate our kitchen. They were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were very upfront with all costs before the project started and there were no hidden fees or up charges added on at the end. They were easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to all questions and concerns. Sam their designer was a big help with picking out everything we wanted and Frank was around a lot and easy reach with questions about the project. Best part is they finished earlier than expected! Would highly recommend for any house project.

Bromwell did a great job with my home improvement project, which involved knocking down a load-bearing wall between my dining room and kitchen. The many facets (demo, the new load bearing beam, painting, electrical, HVAC, tile) were all managed and brought together wonderfully and we couldn't be happier with the end product. Other companies refused to even come give an estimate, but Bromwell was ready and willing. They even accommodated a last minute change to the project with no complaint. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again for future projects.
