Not mentioning any names cause I feel the comple team handle my needs to the fullest and made sure I was informed of what was going on with building,scheduling and what to expect. Great experience! Simply put, they are a middleman for subcontractor crews. I have yet to see the 25 years of experience shine through. Constant "miscommunications", lack of communication, and inaccuracies from direct Delmarva employees. No return calls from upper managers once issues started piling up. Issues continually blamed on everything but the performance of this company and it's representatives. My "simple project" (per sales) that should be done quickly is dragging into a sixth month. Based on the 4 hours of site work I have seen per month, my project may be done by Christmas. I regret every aspect of my dealings with this company. Weigh your options before choosing Delmarva. One constant, You can count on the accounting department getting back to you when money is due. I have gotten to relay my experience to at least 5 neighbors considering my experience. I hope to be able to communicate how valuable a customer I am, to as many people as possible. If I can save one of them this nightmare.

Delmarva starting working my vision from day one. From sitting down with Anthony designing the project, to meeting the crews etc, to all numerous changes on the fly, Delmarva was there. Everyone comments on my project and how great it looks. Could not have accomplished it with the Delmarva group. Thank you !!

The building is wonderful the process was easy and was informed with what step was next. The people that I dealt with were nice and easy to talk to as well as they listened to my concerns. They got back to me with an answer in what I felt was a good time frame. Everyone who came out to the house for the process were great to deal with. Overall

Overall, an excellent product built and the crews on hand for the build, concrete, and garage doors were exceptional. I also used the gutter crew through separate quote/contract. The communication between the construction manager and project manager was a challenge, along with the communication of updates to delays and when crews or repair crews would arrive was challenging. The reason for the 4 stars is for the length of time for delay on garage doors, and no opportunity for change to expedite, and communication delays to have a discussion with management.

I was able to have a great conversation with Fredrik Ruhe to voice my compliments and concerns. I hope this provides improvements in their processes as the quality and price for the product were the package that we signed up for.

One other note, the post digging backfill needs to be compacted a little better, as over time through rains, we had some good settlement of the hole fill dirt which required additional work.
