Greatest place EVER!! I had a problem with some outside lights to see if they had power to them. I called and Carlos ask me to bring them in and he'd see if he could check. Years ago, working maintenance in Winter Haven area/juice plants, City Electric was the go to place for anything electric.

About 2 weeks ago, I needed power cord, receptacle, plug & power cord - all 220V. I knew going to Lowe's would be very frustrating & I would leave with half of what I needed; thankfully I remembered about City Electric.

Jared could not have been more helpful! I was going by photos of what I needed to connect to on both ends, so Jared took me back to the stockroom & we found the plug & receptacle I needed, no sweat.

When I told Jared I needed 30 ft of power cord, he said that they had a 28 ft cord & if that would work, he could give me a very good price. I jumped on it!

When everything was wired up & working, I just had to call Jared to tell him that something was wrong. There was a long pause, then I told him it's because everything worked out PERFECTLY!!! We both had a good laugh!

It's sad that too many people will take or even make time to complain over the smallest things, but few, very few will take the time to give thanks & praise, even when it's well earned! I feel that Jared fits right in to City Electric's goal of exceptional customer service!!!

I got everything I needed in minutes & honestly, I felt good when I left City Electric. I would have no reservations at all in recommending City Electric to ANYBODY, none at all, especially Jared!
