Hello everyone, I called Polk Air Conditioner & Heating and with no hesitation they gave me appointment right away. The technician Jean very knowledgeable explain what was going on with the system. One week later decided to change the fan blower motor and the technician Robert appeared and did a great repair job and the AC system is working great. Definitely recommend Polk air Conditioning and Heating to everyone who's having problem with their Central AC system, Don't think it twice give them a call.
I all so joined the maintenance program so the system will keep running smoothly.

I was not happy, that my air conditioning wasn't fixed the day Polk Air came to our house on last Friday. We needed a part and was told it would be a few days. No A/C for a few days in Florida was not acceptable.

After talking to the manager at Polk Air, they delivered a portable a/c unit within a few hours. She also searched for the part and said it would be here Monday (yesterday).

At 10:30 on Monday the service technician returned with the air handler and by noon we were all set.

We were R & R customers and we are very happy that Polk Air has taken that business over. We believe Polk Air is a Professional and dependable business. We look forward to many years with Polk Air!
