Overall

Florida’s Best Public Adjusters ARE the best. Our adjuster came to the house a few times to scope out the damage from a water leak and he spent quite a bit of time measuring the affected areas. The resulting claim amount was amazing. If we had handled the insurance company ourselves we would have come up way short. We highly recommend and trust Florida’s Best. Thanks Julian!

I received Stephen's info via a referral from a friend and have had very positive experience with him. He has provided me with solid direction on multiple different occasions involving water damage, mold, and sewer pipes. I've been anxious during these events and he has helped to alleviate stress with a clear plan of action. Great response time too. Highly recommended.

Mr. Lippy and his team are world class. I called him after I had water damage in my property and his team has been able to fight for me every step of the way with the insurance company. My first call with Mr. Lippy, I was trying to decide if I should hire him or sign over my benefits to a contractor. I quickly learned the contract route would have resulted in all of my money going to the water mitigation and contracting company and I would be left with some cosmetic repairs. Instead, hiring Florida’s best, I was able to complete all repairs and then some. I highly highly highly advise anyone reading this to stop reading and call this company now. You will not regret it. I will continue to refer this team to anyone I know that has property damage. The insurance companies make enough money, let Florida’s best get you what you deserve. Great work all around.

Overall

Sometimes the best way forward is to not file a claim, sometimes the best advice is not to their advantage. Count on Stephen Lippy to give you a fair an honest determination based on many years of experience. Even though we did not wind up filing a claim and using their services, Stephen took the time and effort to guide us through the process we needed to get our situation resolved. We do appreciate his attention and his honest effort. We had other adjusters come in and promise us the moon and in the end, and after consulting with family and friends we realized that we would not be doing ourselves a favor by using one of those companies. Do yourself a favor and get an honest appraisal by a company that will work hard on your behalf, even if they don't get a paycheck out of you.
