I really appreciate the whole team at Anderson dock and lift company. From the presale to the permitting to the actual construction team, they were easy to work with, and helped me achieve replacing a 60-year-old wall. Thanks Pete and crew for making sure things got done right.

We are Bradenton Natives and it was so refreshing working with a contractor that actually cares! These guys are the best. We love our new lift

These guys at Anderson dock and lift are super professional. The quality of build was amazing. Their customer service is second to none. Their pricing is the best in the business. And they completed our dock and lift in 3 months when others were estimates 10 months. They said they could do it, and they did (over delivered)!

Lesson learned. Absolute worst dock and lift company in the area. If anyone is considering them come and look at mine first. First picture you can see where the employee broke two holes the aluminum beam with a bar trying to get the cable from hitting. Second pic, the decking was supposed to wrap half around the pilings. Nope, they cut all the boards first and too short so I got "well sometimes we do it like this". Also note the red permanent chalk that they used as a screw line. Still there after almost 10 months. Who uses permanent chalk for a marker line? Anderson, that's who! Third pic you can see how good they wrapped the pilings. not even to the ground! Forth pic the employees dumped 10 open bags of dry concrete down along the piling holes to stop the pilings from moving. Off the barge LOL You can see the hole next to it with the auger size they used for a maybe 9" piling. Fifth pic look at this banana piling. "it's functional" well it looks like it's about to fall over. Not to mention I ordered a sling lift in pic six which lasted two minutes before it pulled the pilings into crushing the boat and had to be replaced with a cradle lift. Which I didn't want! Note the height was as far up as it would go and the lift was on backwards! Luckily Seamount told them it was on wrong. He had to send his repair guys to fix Anderson's work. So it finally passed inspection after almost 10 months and changed drawings but inspector could not fail again for a terrible job because its functional.
The worst, stay away!

Absolutely Amazing! Project completed in 4 weeks - 80 feet of vinyl/poured concrete. I was on the job site just about every day. Anderson Dock and Lift delivers exceptional quality and the customer service exceeded my expectations. Already under contact for a 40 ft dock and boat lift. Pete, owner/operator is professional and reliable. His staff is top notch. Leadership is former/active US military. Attention to detail and professionalism is first and foremost.
