Brian give new meaning to the words "Customer Service". He took all of the time necessary to help me complete my dock rebuild materials list accurately and place the order. Price was in line with other suppliers in the area. Delivery was hassle free.

Awesome service, extremely professional and knowledgeable. I worked with Brian Ciavarella on a very large project I had replacing over 2500 sq feet of decking on my Dock. Brian gave me great recommendations, helped me figure needed materials and ideas to help me do this project myself. Brian knows his stuff and really made this project easy for me. I would buy all my materials in the future from Docks & Decks and appreciate employees such as Brian to help with your projects.

I contacted Chris by email and he helped me to get the sixteen foot piling cut in half for use as gate posts at my home. They usually don't cut them but he did for me. When I got to the business everyone was really friendly and willing to help. I was in and out in a flash and felt really good about doing business with them. Man, if every business was like that what a pleasure it would be, real customer service.
