Overall

After flood damage from hurricane Ian, Carney Quality Construction basically rebuilt the bottom 4' of my house. While making the repairs, there were quite a few "as long as we've gone this far, we may as well do this" improvements that we decided we wanted along the way. The Carney crew always listened to our wishes, helped us revise them when necessary, and the end results more than met our expectations. Everyone was easy to communicate and work with along the way, and the overall quality of the work is great. At a time when it was almost impossible to get a general contractor to answer a phone call, let alone show up for an estimate, Carney stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park for us. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and they will be the first ones I call if I ever need a general contractor again for any reason.

We are delighted to write a short review of Carney Quality Construction. In our opinion, there is no better contractor in southwest Florida. John Carney is extremely well organized with a large professional staff. He radiated energy and excitement and completed our condo renovation project on time and within the estimate. Throughout the 6-week project there were NO surprises. We received daily updates and pictures. His dedicated staff went the extra mile to get the job done on time and to our satisfaction. Overall

If you are in the market for a new custom built home and you have not talked to Carney Quality Construction then you are missing out. We partnered with them to build our new house in Cape Coral and could not be happier. The quality of the build is second to none but more importantly to us was the quality of the people that work for them. Building a house from Virginia could have been a daunting proposition but their team kept us up to date with phone calls and pictures weekly. We never did not know what was going on and what the progress was. They us Basecamp as a project management tool so we could always tell what the schedule was and progress and ask questions.

We could not be happier with our Carney Custom Home! From John Carney to Steve Hendey to the rest of fine folks and all the subcontractors they did an excellent job!
