Dee's is amazing. Brian is amazing, super friendly and super helpful. Their product is amazing with the 3/4 wood, and the pricing is the best around. I probably drove Brian crazy with all my changes, but he was great. I also ordered my cabinets on Friday with them being "built" by the manufacturer, and I will be receiving them on a Tuesday... They were faster than my Amazon Prime this week. :D Amazing all around.

My husband and I shopped around everywhere for cabinets for our new kitchen remodel. The prices were outrageous just about everywhere and the affordable styles were not what we were looking for. Some places even said it would take a few months to get things delivered and installed. I was frustrated and talking to a friend about it who recommended that I reach out to Dee's Cabinets. I AM SO GLAD THAT I DID! They came out and measured right away and prepared a mock up image of my new kitchen very quickly! I was pleasantly surprised by the price and the quality and professional install of final product! We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen and will never go anywhere other than Dee's for cabinets.

I wish I could say we received great service. My cabinets weren't glued and separating at the joints and we paid to have them assembled. One drawer has the adjustment mechanism that keeps falling out. Phone calls weren't returned. We were missing a shelf from one of the cabinets. And when the cabinets arrived, only one person arrived to unload. The guy asked my husband to help carry them off the truck.

This is probably the most disorganized and unprofessional business I've ever tried to work with. We ordered and paid for in full our cabinets in December and here we are in June now, and we STILL HAVE unaddressed issues with the cabinets. Many dents in the wood, the pantry was delivered to us with a deep gash in the box and the side panel, a drawer dovetail was not put together correctly, a frame on a door panel was cracked, and the glass was never delivered to us, along with cuts and burns on the cabinet boxes that we were able to hide. They keep blaming Nate ( who was fired) or their supplier, Innovation, but aren't taking any responsibility for the problems. When I call or visit, they tell me they are working on it, bug nothing gets done.

I've even tried to get resolution directly from Innovation, with no results.

BUYER BEWARE. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

UPDATE: We were finally able to get the issues resolved in September. Pat tried really hard to make it right for us. It's great to have a finished kitchen and bath now!

I just wanted to thank you for all your help which you provided me last week. I was the gal who needed a small bathroom vanity and fell in love with the one you had. I wanted to change the top so I could use a vessel sink. You provided me with the names of several granite places and made sure that I told them I was looking for a remnant not a full slab. Bottom line was I came to the sad realization that I could not afford the vessel sink at this time. I came back and you made me an offer I could not refuse. I now have that vanity with a granite counter and sink at a price that works with my budget! What great service. I have already told a few people about you and Dee's, I hope this review will let others know about the great service, product knowledge, and know who else they can go to so they can complete their project!

I am more than happy with my decision to buy from Dees. We bought custom kitchen cabinets and I love them. First of all the prices were amazing, nearly half of every other quote we received, the sales men Nathan and Pat were absolutely wonderful.
