Steve (Miller) was so helpful in fixing our air conditioner issue today despite running into some access issues for the unit on the condo roof. He was very patient and effectively fixed the issue in minimal time. He explained what I could do in the future and the whole experience was positive.

Since this experience I have had zero success getting anyone from this company to get back with me re: an issue with the permit for this over $8k purchase. I wonder why? How hard is it to provide the permit info for their work?
This company has completely let a long time loyal customer down.
Update: company did not get a permit and still is not responding to any attempts to reach out.

Nestor from Fast Of Florida did an excellent job repairing electrical wires in my Attic. He was informative, showed me pictures of the work he completed and very friendly. I would recommend to ask for Nestor from Fast Of Florida.

Bryan was very attentive to our needs with the ac. He was honest, showed us the ins and outs of what wasn’t working and why, and helped with our replacement in an efficient and timely manner. Thank you Bryan. I would recommend him for any ac needs!

Bryan was great! Took his time to explain his concerns with our A/C unit, what services he recommended and the outcome of the work performed.

Fast of florida was the A/C co many my apartment complex used to come out yesterday to fix our air conditioning. They replaced everything from the unit, the handler, and the thermostat. They were very professional, nice, and very knowledgeable in everything they were doing. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

We had another great service experience with Dan. He is so honest and so knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose our problem with the refrigerator and give us a great recommendation for repair. I love knowing there is an honest, skilled technician that I can call on when I have appliance issues. The office staff at Fast Of Florida is also extremely nice and efficient. A great experience.

Receiving communication to answer my follow up questions after the assessment has been impossible. I’ve reached out multiple times in the 2 weeks since the service and I haven’t been able to be helped. It was $89 for the assessment, which is more than other companies but this company had good reviews. I realized after the technician left and I received the report that he didn’t inspect everything I requested. I don’t know how they expect me to use their quotes and company for installation after the assessment.

3/11/24- I’m having to update this review to reflect the new system that was installed less than a year ago. About a month after installation someone had to come back and add Freon. Service text said it happens sometimes during installation that a small leak could occur. They ran a liquid seal and supposedly that would fix the issue. No issue for 3 months. Then the new upstairs unit started to make a buzzing sound. Tech came out and they replaced a transformer. Everything else seemed fine. Fast forward another Jan 2024 a tech came out for the 6-7 month maintenance from installation and the same unit had a small buzzing going on. They replaced the transformer again and everything else seemed fine. Not feeling great that 2 transformers were replaced I asked if a more tenured technician could come out to figure out why the one unit was going through transformers. I wanted to do this before the units were a year old. Technician came out and noticed something’s seemed to be running hot and that both UV lights needed to be replaced. He also tells me this needs to be done annually typically. You could see a part of the bulb was burnt out. Then he noticed the initial unit that needed Freon was at 50%. He mentioned we must have a leak and topped of the Freon. This is now over a week later and I’ve left 3 messages with the answering service to have a manager call me back to figure out next steps. They always say someone will call you back in 24-48 hrs. Hopefully someone will follow through at the company and see that these two new units operate like they should, but it’s been very difficult to get someone other than a tech to help.
