Overall

I have now dealt with Tampa Bay plumbing several times. My experiences have been excellent. Mike, Michael and Ryan could not have been more accommodating. They shared video of the issues and explained the process they would employ to fix the problem. There work ethic was impressive as was their expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend them and to use them for all my plumbing problems.

I have been very impressed with Tampa Bay Plumbing from my first call. I called to ask if they could repair / replace a bad washing machine drain pipe and they jumped on it! I didn't want to overpay for a job I thought was pretty small in the grand scheme of things. 2 other plumbing companies quoted my seemingly ridiculously high prices over the phone. I called TB Plumbing and the rep said I could text photos of the issue and he'd have a plumber call me with an estimate. They were prompt in their response and quoted me a very reasonable price. I scheduled the job and plumber, Aaron, was there the next business day. He was on time, personable, and professional. He got the job done quickly, and it looks great! Now we're ready to have the new washer delivered! Thanks, Aaron! I look forward to using / recommending you all in the future!

Overall

Ryan from Tampa Bay plumbing came out and addressed all our issues in just a few hours. He replaced our water heater, fixed some pipes under the sink, and fixed the pipe behind the washing machine. Everything was done correctly. He was very professional, punctual, and their pricing was fair. Thank you Tampa Bay plumbing for helping us out on short notice.

Michael did a great job diagnosing and repairing my kitchen drain line which had a leak in the wall and ruined 3 cabinets. Michael knows what he is doing and is very professional. His diagnosis of the problem was corect. He exhibits great attention to detail and takes pride in his work. Michael showed me everything that he was doing along the way. Price was reasonable for the work performed and was the best of three quotes received. He did a great job with minimal mess. I would absolutely use the company again and would ask for Michael.
