Overall

Great service, Chad was fantastic. He sealed our door up, gave it a tune up and replaced our very old springs all within an hour or two. Great guy, great service, will certainly use again when needed.

Louie did a great job; fixing my squealing garage door. He knew what the problem was the minute I showed it to him. It's now working fine. Very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. All of A1 techs I have delt with have been first rate. Initial response tech, installation tech and repair tech. I am well pleased with company representatives. KEJ

Couldn't be more happy with the service I received from Matt Brown today. He phoned when he was on his way, showed up exactly when he said he would, explained the problem clearly and fixed it. Matt is a very nice young man and an asset to your company. From my initial call to make the appointment the entire process went smoothly.

Louie did an extremely great job! His work was top-tier. He took the time to educate me about garages and the work previously done on my home. I would rate this company and its workers 10 out of 10. I also want to add Philip, the technician who also helped. He was not a pushy salesperson, and he was prior service (Army) like myself, so it was good knowing that the work you paid for gets done efficiently. Great job, guys! I told my community how excellent your service was, so expect to get more work out this way!

The tech was great even set 4 remotes exactly how we wanted them, would've gotten a 5 star if he had everything needed the 1st day to finish and didn't have to come back a second day. I was in a hurry to get both doors fixed so I didn't shop around like I usually do (sticker shock was real and I started to doubt myself). I probably could've found someone cheaper but I bit the bullet on the price, veteran friendly so it was another reason I was OK going with them. My advice is to do your research, but I'm overall happy with the work just not the price.

Our tech, Matt started the day with a text introducing himself with a photo. A nice security measure! Then a phone call one hour away alerted me to his time of arrival. He arrived exactly when predicted and began explaining the company’s check up program. We discussed my concerns and after his check up we discussed all the potential problems and weaknesses that he found. After deciding what needed to be done he began the work and amazingly he had all the required parts on the truck and was ready to go! An amazing thing nowadays. Matt was polite, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and A1Garage to anyone who needs this service.
