Fiorela, Sonia and their team are just amazing! A very professional crew full of hardworking people. They got all the resources and materials to leave any place perfectly cleaned. Would book a cleaning with them as many times as needed.

Update: Have yet to hear back from them, I have also made a complaint through the better business bureau who they have yet to contact as well, based on my complaint I have reduced their rating down to 1 star.

They wrongfully threw away my personal belongings and have yet to even try to rectify the situation. I'm giving them 2 stars because they did a good job cleaning, however they threw away a bunch of my personal belongings that meant a lot of me that I can't get back. I've given them 2 weeks to communicate with me about replacing them with no effort on their part. When I found out these items were thrown I was met with a bunch of excuses, that "maybe" he put them in black bags that "maybe" he mistook them for trash or "maybe" someone else did and they "maybe" got thrown. Later to be insinuated I was a liar that because I moved a few things, those were moved too and were never there. When I said I wasn't comfortable to have the person back in my apartment the next day, I was threatened that they wouldn't finish without him. I had to watch them the whole day to make sure nothing else was thrown out and was told nothing would be taken out without my permission, which was a lie. In the end the cost was expensive enough, but now the added cost of replacing things, including good food, cleaning supplies and my personal belongings has made it too expensive and I'm still upset about it. They have yet to attempt to fix the situation and I've filed a complaint with the BBB. I'll update if they attempt to actually replace the items.
