I paid a tech to come out and diagnose my AC issue. The tech came out and said the compressor was bad and someone THAT day would call back with pricing. No one called. I called the next day, talked to the customer service operator, and was assured they will call back that day with pricing. This has gone on for 6 days now. Today I was told the parts department is busy and will call me back some time time in the future, but with no idea of when. Their quote "Could be a day or two weeks from now." If I was initially told that there was a 3 week lead time JUST to get a quote, I would have gone to another company. If they are that busy, they should be honest about it upfront. Instead they tease you each day that someone will call with pricing and they don't call. Do not engage with Dell Air. Go to another company that will be upfront with you about what they can/will do. If Del can't deliver a simple quote, what do you think the rest of the service will be like?

Eduardo (Eddy) Garcia is one of the best technicians Del Air has. I been dealing with Del Air since I moved to Florida 7yrs ago but I never experience someone that was so thorough with his work when it came to maintenence time for my units. Will recommend him again for my house. Thanks Eddy!!

Today, Del-Air techs Todd and Felix came out for an AC check on my AC unit. They were prompt, courteous and very thorough in their work! They explained everything that they did and weee very honest in all respects. I highly recommend Del-Air for all of your air conditioning needs or concerns!

We’ve been customers of Del Air Heating & AC since 2019. Although previous Technicians have done good work, Eduardo ‘Eddy’ Garcia from the Davenport shop is by far the best (Exceptional) Representative we’ve dealt with thus far. He’s extremely professional, a true Expert in his field. Mr Garcia serviced our home yesterday and he made sure that we not only received optimal service for our two units, but he did it while educating my family on his work and what we can do to maintain quality air, while keeping cost down. I highly recommend Eddy from Del Air heating & AC to all! This is one partnership I plan to keep for a long time! Thank you Eddy for providing top quality service!

Very disappointed in the service so far. Had a new system installed on 7/5. Had to move an electrical panel out of the way to install handler and shorted out my water heater wiring (haven’t had hot water since) and was told an electrician would be out ASAP to fix panel and still can’t get an answer on when they’ll be out. Can never get ahold of anyone, leave messages and takes forever to hear back only to be told “we’re waiting on electrician manager” or “I’ve passed on your info.” Very frustrating and inconvenient when you have such good reviews from others and were recommended by a well known realtor in the are for your service. Handler also has a leak now and can’t get an answer on remediation of it either. Left huge holes in ceiling where new lines were ran into the attic, and clearly didn’t think a level was necessary when mounting the new thermostat. Very unhappy with my decision to use Del-Air!
