Overall

Unfortunately, my experience with General Power was very disappointing. Mr. Gabriel’s lack of empathy and poor communication made the entire process feel like a waste of time and resources.

The only reason I’m not giving a one-star review is because Jadira took the time to communicate and show empathy. Her professionalism was the only positive aspect of my interaction with General Power.

I visited the Doral location. The older male was super rude. The purpose of the visit was to purchase a part for a critical generator that cannot be left down. not only did the website show it was available and in stock, the guy tells me it’s marketing and they do that will all their parts. So I wasted my time going here and walking out with frustration.

Very good. The gen power people were professional and courteous.
Felipe ordonez was particularly helpful and really went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed.
