Lou and his crew came and installed our screened in lanai for our pool and did a fantastic job. They were fast, professional, started the job earlier than I anticipated, finished it quickly, answered all of my questions and saved me some money on my insurance policy! I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool enclosure company.

I do not recommend this company. The pool company I hired contracted them to install my screening. Their staff was unprofessional, they walked around with no shirts on and they were nothing to look at. They smoked cigars on my property, smeared dark brown caulk on my home . The employee's showed up late for work, and would take and multiple breaks not doing a full days work. It took them 3 days to do their work where I was informed by the pool company it was supposed to be one. The super gutter wasn't attached to the home properly, multiple snags in the screen and the Lee county Inspector showed up to inspect the enclosure and the job wasn't completed. When I called the owner of the company he was very rude to me! After multiple weeks of waiting they sent an employee out to fix the problems the gutter leaks where the seems are! Ridiculous!!!!!! Never again!!!!!

Make sure you do your homework when dealing with this company. Owner and workers are fine until you confront them with issues (we actually had to call the police). We had people come over 10 times for repairs. Most of the time they just made things worse. Finally our pool installation company had enough and hired another screen company to fix their mistakes. Some examples of our issues are: ripped screens (6 panels), many dents/scratches, several repainted areas done poorly, and many bolts that dented the pieces….and the list goes on. Maybe you will have better luck then I did. The quality was extremely poor. Good Luck if you use them!

Tyler was the field rep who responded to my call. In terms of professionalism and customer care, he takes all five stars. I didn't receive any updates about the job, no one answered the phones, and they got me thinking if the place even existed. However, Tyler responded to every one of calls and addressed my concerns.

The job was provided at a reasonable price. Will recommend on this matter. I had to redo my pool enclosure and this is where the job gets three stars. They left a mess in the pool when they sanded the panels and to this date I keep finding nails both plastic and metal in the bottom of the pool. There were other areas which could have been done properly. Could have disposed/removed the antiquated telephone wires and such. The enclosure installment was done very well. You can see it in the pictures if you look past the mess. Hence the four stars overall.

My recommendation would be to improve customer updates (Tyler can't do it all), time management, and clean up. Thank you!

We are extremely satisfied with our new screen! No more bugs! We can finally enjoy our lanai and not have to worry about flies and mosquitos coming into our house. We are very grateful of Bay Breeze and specially Tyler who helped us every step of the way. Tyler gave us a very competitive quote and was very communicative with arrival and times. The best part is they worked quick and were very professional. In under 3 hours the front and back where done perfectly. 10/10 service, definitely calling them again when we build our pool!
