Storm Shutter Warehouse recently installed hurricane fabric screens on our lanai. This company is excellent! The installation team was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They even brought a wet/dry vac and cleaned up after the installation. The coordination between the office, installers, delivery driver and electrician was flawless. The office made sure the installers knew what the job was and the office made sure the delivery driver brought the correct screens to the job site on time. The electrician was here the next day to complete the electrical work. The screens look and work great!
We had a significant amount of damage from Ian that required several different companies to work at our home over the past year to either repair or replace what was damaged. We decided to add the hurricane screens on our lanai to mitigate damage from future hurricanes. We can say that none of the other companies (such as pool cage, pavers, and dock companies) we worked with came close to the quality and customer service that Tiffany and her team at Storm Shutter Warehouse provided.

Edit: I have changed my review. I spoke with Tiffany (the owner), who by the way runs a tight ship. Apologized a lot for the job falling through the cracks. She got everything done in 3 days. Gotta love a company that takes care of their customers. Never finished the job!!! Never called for an inspection! It’s been over a year, REALLY!!! I have called several times only to be ghosted by them. A word of advice, if you work with a company on a permitted job DO NOT pay in full until after the inspection.

Great company to work with! While there were some unforeseen delays during the installation, Tiffany did a great job of minimizing the impact and getting the job done as quickly as possible. Tiffany is very accessible (I usually reach out via email), and she is always quick to respond. Great experience! I highly recommend Storm Shutter Warehouse!!!
