A transformer next to Liza Jackson Preparatory School was struck by lightning last Thursday. It destroyed the fire panel that provides fire protection to the gym, swimming pool, and school. Within 24 hours, AFPS had a replacement panel overnight expressed mail, installed, and we were able to continue with our summer camp and community swimming lessons. The customer service at AFPS was beyond exceptional. The technicians worked diligently and professionally throughout the day and into late hours. We are very appreciative of all that they did to restore our fire protection system.

Received a phone call at 6:45 in the morning to ask me if I wanted my 6 year inspection on my fire extinguisher. I have a toddler who woke up to my phone ringing because the tech doesn't understand it is inappropriate to make business calls to customers at sunrise. Totally unacceptable.

AFPS at one time was by far the best service for fire and sprinkler inspections. But they have gone downhill. They care about money before the people, they will prioritize big dollar jobs over the easy cheap ones. Leaving businesses waiting for a long time.

I am an association manager and have worked with multiple Fire Protection Services throughout the panhandle. I have received fast and reliable service from AFPS. They have never let me down in an emergency. They are prompt, thorough, and courteous. Their customer service is the best I have worked with, which earns them my loyalty as a customer. If you are looking for a Fire Protection Service for your business or condominium, then call AFPS first.

My review is how I dealt with your company in traffic this morning. I was cut off this morning nearly taking my bumper off in the process, in Crestview by one of your drivers. If I hadn't hit the brakes we'd be filling out a police report right now. Maybe he was running late, but doing over 50 mph in a 35 mph zone cutting off people is what's wrong with this area. Also tailgating people through town that would just like to get their own vehicles, not company ones, to work safely. Your company is part of the problem. Additionally, being in a company vehicle cutting people off is a bold move seeing how you're pretty much driving around with your identity plastered to your vehicle. Example, the tag number to the vehicle is IZ9 SEV. Business is based on kindness from all aspects. Be better!
