Had the pleasure of meeting Richard Hyland today, he came to spray our house and we requested he spray inside as we had seen a few roaches. He was professional and attentive in listening to us and took his time spraying inside and out. Much appreciated!

WARNING!!! READ ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! There is a pattern here!….I was set up on quarterly mosquito control and just the other day realized I hadn’t heard from the company in a little while (Feb) and that surely it was time to treat again. When I called to inquire when they would be out again I was informed that my account had been sent to collections!!?? I have received NO communication from the company, no warning, that this was happening! Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. When I called they would give me absolutely no information. I was told a manager would call me back, they never did. I was told they would email me the information for the collection agency, they never did. Finally, when I called today, I got someone who at least sent me that info. And she told me it was for $600!!! No service I have ever got from them has cost that much, how in the world do I owe them $600, I have no clue! Of course I call the collection agency and there is no one available to take my call and I had to leave a message, so we will see where this goes… I am very disappointed as I have never had any issues with this company up until now. I feel like I have been totally scammed! And seeing the other one star reviews, I am evidently not the only one this is happened to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Today I had a scheduled Termite Inspection on two of my homes. First I received a call on Friday to confirm which is great.
