This pool company is definitely the worst company I’ve ever used. They have no idea how to keep up with a salt water pool (they were constantly dumping large amounts of chlorine in and every time we got in the pool our eyes were always burning), they left my baby gate unlatched after servicing the pool multiple times (which is on camera, this could have turned out horrible), workers never looked professional at all and smoke around us while working (they all looked like they were picked up on the side of the road and hadn’t showered in weeks), they never drain the pool after heavy rains, I actually had to clean the cartridge filter and salt cell myself because they were too lazy to do it or were not trained on how to do it. They keep sending me a past due invoice after I addressed all these problems with owner and think I’m going to pay it… lol NOT!

All Pro Pool Service is
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!
I've been going through some health issues and haven't been able to work for a while and when the pool pump stopped working, it was a HUGE problem for me But not for Rick and his co-worker. They only charged me a few dollars over a service call but they spent much time sealing cracks and thoroughly cleaned both pool filters.

Overall

Our pool pump went out, so we first called another business and were given an over the phone quote based on what my husband (who has replaced pool pumps before but is semi-retired), thought was reasonable. The other company came out and said it would be much much higher, so we sent them packing. We called All Pro Pools, and Rick came out and said it was an easy fix. He took great care of us, his price was very reasonable, and he was very professional and friendly. We will definitely call him for all of our other pool repair needs! Best in Pasco!
