Overall

After being disappointed by many other handymen, I stumbled upon a true gem - this handyman service is an absolute lifesaver! They tackled the job of repairing my furniture with grace and speed, leaving it looking like it was fresh off the showroom floor. I can't recommend them enough! Don't hesitate to call these skilled professionals for your next home improvement project!

My husband hired Ben to install our new cabinets after our original installer couldn't come out for 6 weeks. I was nervous, but my husband said it would be fine. Ben and his crew were late day one, huge red flag, but seemed to know what they were doing when they finally arrived after 4pm. They quickly removed granite countertops and cabinets, then started opening new cabinets and installing. They said they would be back tomorrow morning at 9, then 10, 11 to 12 to finish. They finally showed up after 430 pm. My husband pointed out that the cabinet spacers were not installed, so they started over. They finished around 11pm saying they would be back the following Wednesday to install the microwave, because they needed a part. I'm thankful that they ghosted us, and didn't do more damage. They gouged a cabinet, installed trim and crown molding wrong. The trim is split from the wrong nails, or cut and spliced for some reason. Crown molding is cut too short in places, splintered from dull blades, and has gaps from poor install. I've reordered all trim and crown molding, my cabinets aren't level, look crooked in places, countertops installer pointed out more issues and struggled to install counters due to the slope. I cant get my dishwasher out to rehook plumbing, because the cabinet has pinched the dishwasher in, and to get it out, we will probably break the spacer. l 'm ready to file in small claims court. Ben's handy man service, be honest with your potential customers, if you can't do something correctly and professionally, then don't take the job.
