We were a little taken back on the price, but it stands true that you get what you pay for. This our second build and Joseph was by far the best person they could have sent. Professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He even took the time to explain everything that was going to be in the final report. Thank you!

We were seriously considering purchasing property in Jacksonville. We live outside that area and wanted to be certain the property we were viewing did not have any hidden defects we would have to deal with later.

We used Residential Inspector of America to inspect the property. Ford Mullen was the inspector assigned and he did a thorough job. The report covered all of the important areas. It highlighted items we were concerned with as well as a number of other potential problems, mostly very minor, that were recommended for repair or replacement.

The report contained a number of photos. This was very useful as they made it easy to envision what was being discussed in the report.

The company also made it easy to follow up with the inspector and ask questions and clarify the issue(s) highlighted in the report. Ford promptly returned our request for a call. His comments and discussion made it easier to understand any issues. He was polite, patient and knowledgeable.

The only problem we had was with the software. There was a problem with the reports showing photos and updated information. When I went back to check on a couple of items, the photos were not there and some of the reports were incomplete as they had not been updated.

In short, this was money well spent before investing in a new property! We were delighted with the results.
