I have used Florida Home many times over the years, and even had them install my current system. This most recent interaction with the technician has severely soured my perception, however. He came out and was nice enough at the start, but the experience quickly turned adversarial because he didn't approve of the placement of my outside unit, asked who installed it and repeatedly called me a liar when I told him Florida Home did the install, kept questioning me about the unit install, and then acted like I was too cheap to pay for any services at every turn. Every conversation was "We can do this." followed by variations of "Nah, you don't wanna do that." and "Too expensive for you. You don't wanna pay for that". This included all of the solutions for my unit not working.
Then he said he didn't know anything about the discount mailers they sent out to get business and refused to honor it stating what he did "didn't qualify as a repair". He never even looked at the thing, just dismissed it out of hand. I plan to follow up with customer service when they are open again, as this increased my final charges by up to $200 and the lady doing the scheduling knew I had the coupon when I called.

My Wife and I received phenomenal Customer service from Dispatcher Crystal and Manager Sylvia with Florida Home Air Conditioning. From the time I got on the phone with Crystal she went above and beyond to make sure she got a technician to my home as soon as possible, and when things weren't going as expected with the Technician Sylvia stepped in and knocked it out of the park to make sure my Wife and I were taken care of and happy with our repair. Florida Home you should be proud to have these two on your Team. It is because of Teammates like these two that you have a successful business and I am more then happy to refer my friends and family in the future. Thank you Crystal and Sylvia for all your help!

Very professional. From my first phone contact to the representative, Blake and the technician, Jay. They came out quickly, and thoroughly assessed my needs. My ac died on a holiday weekend! (Of course) They were able to get me the unit I wanted and install it immediately. I am very grateful for the friendly service.

The employees were nice. The technician was 2 hrs late. The window I was given was 8-11 and he arrived at 2pm. He actually didn’t do the maintenance service but informed me that I would need a new unit and showed me why. I was referred to someone else to come and give me a quote. I was told the quote would be free but I still had to pay the $69 even though my unit wasn’t maintenance.

I'm truly grateful to wake up this morning in a very cool home. FHAC really came through. Our AC guy, Chris, showed up on time, was very friendly, and got us up and running in no time. The costs were very reasonable and now we'll be signing up for the AC tune ups to keep my system operating at it's best. Great company, so glad in this case I made the right choice. ??

My senior technician, Sean, was awesome. He took the time to ask me questions about what I have been doing and just as important, what I have not been doing. He provided me corrective direction how to fix some of the issues that I could have in the future, which I am extremely grateful for. Super happy with the service and the guidance and advice that I have been given and I’m sure will continue to receive. ?

Our air conditioner went out on a Saturday so I called Florida Home. The sales man was at our house within two hours. The installer was here the next morning at 9:30 and they were wonderful. This is the best company I have ever worked with. Thank You so much.

I was given a strong sales pitch about how great this company is because it does everything right. I was offered to stay in a hotel at the salesman’s expense for two nights until the work could be done, it really was at the company’s expense. I chose the system on Friday, stayed in the hotel Saturday and Sunday nights. When the team arrived on Monday they had no idea about the intake system being located in the attic that only had outdoor access. No notes had been provided for them. So another day I had no air. The team returned on Tuesday and worked hard to install the equipment. Abbas, Gilbert and young mister Smith I am well pleased with their work. They had to make another hole in the wall for the new thermostat and I’m waiting for repair to my wall where the original thermostat was. I will be sending in the receipt for my hotel stay to the sales manager because the salesman suggested that I hold off until I received a bill for Monday night but I decided not to drive back in town again. I slept comfortably last night in my own house and am grateful.

The gentleman that came out on Memorial day to replace my water heater was amazing. He talked me through everything did an amazing job. Also helped me figure out another problem that I have with plumbing.
