When I started looking into a pool I had no idea what all went into it. I got 5 bids and Martin pools topped them all not only in price but in pool knowledge. Kyle was very informative and stirred me in the right direction.
We had a great Pool experience . The whole process went smoothly and everybody was very professional. Kyle was always there to answer questions or fix problems right away. Ann and Donna in the office were great to work with they were always very helpful and pleasant. Fred was very professional and gave us very thorough instructions on the pump and chemicals. We could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Martin Pools

We just had our pool built by Kerry Martin. The finished product is amazing! We did have an issue here and there but Kerry Martin Pools remedied every one of our concerns in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them on your pool build because you will get a fabulous pool when completed.

Construction of a pool over the course of 4 months is quite stressful and messy. We have a dog and, with the construction road and opening in our fence, we had to take her out on a leash while being mindful of the workers. We asked a lot of questions throughout the process. Everyone at Kerry Martin was very attentive and always responsive. Our backyard oasis dream came true and is even better than we had anticipated and hoped. Plus, they were able to finish the project in time for our wedding! We highly recommend Kerry Martin.

When we decided to undertake this project we had a number of specific ideas in mind we wanted incorporated into the pool. Unlike the cookie cutter approach we received from other companies, Kyle went above and beyond to design a pool that made our wishes a reality. Brian did a great job making sure it was built and functioned properly. During the construction of the pool their motto seemed to be to under promise and over deliver. We are very pleased with the results.

I have been trying NOT to write this review. The customer service at Martin Pools has been horrible since they started building my took and it has never recovered. They have never once been accommodating. My pool is finished but my pump is broken. It has not been operating for 4 days. I am unable to use my pool. The answer I got about when they could fix it, is that they are very busy, it’s a busy time of year for them. They can’t just pull someone off a job to come fix my pump. That is the attitude they gave me for the seven months I dealt with them building my pool. That’s the attitude I got after my pool was built and the first leak was found at the spa. When they tore through the gas line and the electric lines to my garage (that were flagged) they said they would not be responsible for the expense as the contract I signed says they are not responsible. They then tore through the electrical lines to my well pump (10 feet away from the pool) and refused to be responsible for that. They did however, bully the electricians into taking responsibility for that! My pool failed the electrical inspection. The city inspectors were lovely, however, thy stated the work done did not meet minimum code requirements. Minimum. Throughout the process I spoke to the office, my salesman and the owner numerous times about communication. It did no good. The workers left my yard a mess. Entry time they came it was worse. They broke things every single time they came. Countless flower pots, to running over the sensor for my gate! I had to put up orange cones around things to protect them. When they came to “clean up” I had had my sprinkler system reinstalled. Their worker drove off my double drive over a sprinkler head and broke it! When the workers were marsiting the pool they took the wood that had been delivered for the privacy fence that was to be installed and used that as drop cloth. Ruining some of the fence posts! Wood is expensive and who does that?! Every worker was disrespectful of my property. The disrespect trickles down from the owner! I cannot say it enough, do not use this company.
The design of my pool/spa is also problematic. I cannot turn on my spa heat while my pool is running. So I have to “plan” when I want to use the spa. They cannot both be on at the same time. It is a bad design.

Martin created our dream pool in 2020! I wanted to be sure the customer service and quality lived up after the pool was in and it has been nothing short of amazing! Anything I need help with, they are always available and no issues with our pool! From start to finish, very communicative and so professional! It was rough when some of the parts started to go on back order during Covid but they kept us updated and did everything they could to get us finished on time..which we did! It shows that they have 20+ years in the business and I can see why! Top notch company! Brian is the best PM and I am so thankful he was on our project! Kyle did a great design on our pool! Donna, is the sweetest and was always there for a quick call! Would 100% recommend Martin pools!

All I have to say, if you are thinking of building a pool and looking for professional and outstanding service…..look no further! Kerry Martin Pool and Spa, from start to finish was nothing but AMAZING! The entire staff was outstanding!

Kyle design our pool and we loved it. From there, after contract was signed, we couldn’t wait until they started. What he designed, is what we received and more!

Of course, Donna keeps everything together in the office. She kept us abreast during the entire process. If something needed to be change we were notified ahead of time. This was our first built pool and felt comfortable through the entire process.

Brian, I can’t leave out, he was very knowledgeable and responsive if I had questions.

Last, the ones who did it all, the contractors were professional!

Thank you, we could not be more happy in Kerry Martin Pool & Spa.
