I'm reopening a business that has an existing fire system. My transmitter on the fire system needed to be upgraded. Once the transmitter started working the control panel was bad. They quickly found a compatible replacement at no cost. The tech was patient and thorough and kept me informed every step of the process. I highly recommend Bates Security.

I have been so impressed with Bates Security and the service provided by them. I have had very few problems with my system since it was installed. The few times I have, my issue has been resolved quickly. I usually talk to Lisa in customer service. She is kind, professional, and always helpful. I contact Bates several times about an issue we had. I needed a technician to come and no one called back. One of the ladies in a different department called Bates for a separate issue and Brian Baker came and fixed her problem and mine. Thank you Brian, you have a great attitude and work ethic.

I am a physician and asked Bates security to fix one of my door beeping at my Sleep Practice in Jacksonville, FL. I have been charged $ 200 in advance to fix a small problem.

The technicians could not figure out the problem. I requested to have a technician come and silence the problemetic door as my patients are very disturbed with the beeping door.

Miss Lisa, taking my call was very rude and said it could not be done despite charging me $ 200 in advance.

I would ask customers to look for another security companies as they would be charged in advance and woul d not get the service.
