Jax Utilities Management has been repairing a portion of Cadiz Ave for at least two weeks. The foreman has parked his truck in front of our house every day, which makes it very difficult to pull out of our driveway. We can't see oncoming traffic. I called two days ago to request that the truck be parked somewhere else. There is plenty of room to park along our street. I was told that my message would be passed along and someone would call me. That hasn't happened and the truck is still being parked in front of our house. I called again this morning to inform Jax Utilities Management that I will sue if our vehicles are hit by oncoming traffic when we can't see around the fireman's truck.

I almost had one of their drivers smash into my new car today. I was stopped at a red light with about 1/2 car length in front of me talking to my 95 year old mother. Traffic started to move and one of their trucks started to merge right into me. He was only partially ahead of me so if I don't hit the brakes he smashes into my car. I honk my horn, and he stops his truck ,(half in my lane and half in his lane). He then opens his door and starts screaming and making threatening gestures! Who does that? Scared my mother to death! I called the office and am awaiting a call back.

They did some repair work on a drainage easement for the City of Jax Beach next to my house. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and everything was put back even better than it was before. Nick and crew did a great job.

Was driving down the highway and truck 511 nearly caused an accident by cutting me off and then slamming on brakes. He was driving like a maniac that isn’t on his he clock. This is a huge liability for your company and he needs to be reprimanded for his unsafe driving. I’d be ashamed to have a worker that expresses no care for other lives.

While driving down San Jose Blvd, a Jax Utility Mgmt truck was in front of me. Unfortunately they did not secure their large metal Utility workers signs on their racks of their truck and they blew off in front of me. By the grace of God, I was able to avoid getting hit by them. It would have been very tragic if I had. I did the company a courtesy of calling and reporting it. However, no one returned my call. I tried calling them back to find out they blocked my number. So called from another number and made 18 called to 18 different extensions there and not a single person answered. It was before closing time. Guess I will make an OSHA call instead.
