I just wanted to share how much I appreciated working with April at Family Gutters. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, she made everything so easy and stress-free!

The installation went smoothly, the price was great, and the level of communication from the installer was fantastic. I loved receiving calls, texts, and pictures to keep me updated on the progress—such a thoughtful touch!

People say reviews are warning signs, they’re absolutely correct. Please read this very carefully… I wish I listened to the previous reviews. There are reviews who experienced the same thing as me further down. I have a strong feeling the owners will try to soften this review with a “sorry you had a bad experience, call us so we can correct this” or try to disagree with this.
PLEASE READ ENTIRELY BEFORE HIRING THEM.
1st off:
I had multiple quotes who were very competitive with pricing and what they offered.. When this company originally came out, let’s say they promised to beat everyone else. Which they claimed and I dismissed the others, thats when the nightmare began. They visited my house 5 times besides the quote visit..
Each time they visited, it was a different nightmare. Each person coming to start the job kept having a different price, and said sorry the office mis-quoted you and gave me a higher price.. They continuously did that each visit and kept giving me a hard time about how they cant honor the price that THEIR OWN office sent me each different time..
Long story short, their office gave a discount but did not honor the price match and the previous company that did, was no longer available..
So after 4 unsuccessful visits of various reasons, they finally began the job… Destroyed 3-4 tiles on my brand new roof which is 2 months old. Their crew DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO WALK TILES. Re-read that.
They also did not install leaf guards in some areas of the house thinking I wouldn't catch it. They also did not expect me to have aerial inspection done. I caught all the damages and the leaf guard they didn’t install.
Sent the photos over to them and they sent someone to assess the damage who also destroyed more tiles… Overall, they have very shady business practice and didnt expect me to inspect the job after…
Please do your due diligence before taking the risk.

Replacing our roof, our Gutters had to be removed. The gutters needed replaced as well. I was referred by Evan's Roofing and was very satisfied. They were very knowledgeable and explained to me how the previous gutters were installed wrong. There was a slight mix up during the estimate, however this company went above and beyond to make it right and earn our business. They were very communicative and accommodating. I would use them again and refer them to anyone in need of this type of work. Thank you Family Gutters for not only doing great work, but not overcharging in this crazy economy. That means a lot !

Overall

Company was super easy to deal with crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. Finished super quick. Photos are rear of house. Only drawback was I had to pay a 4% fee when paying with credit card. Another plus though is their warranty. 20 years material , 5 years labor. You don’t see that much anymore.
