Ive licked my keys in my car too many time to count and have delt with a lot of locksmiths. When I called today, because i dont know of any around the south lakeland area, the young lady on the phone was very pleasant to speak with and gave a decent estimate of time. The gentleman that came was very pleasant as well and didn't get frustrated that he couldn't get my car unlocked the first try nor at the fact that I forgot to mention that I didn't have a door handle on the inside. Best service I've had will be using for future.

The best prices in town, awesome customer service. They stayed open for us after 5pm, closing time, to rekey my commercial door locks and we were able to secure our doors before going home for the day 6pm. That's what I call Amazing customer service! Thank you guys!! ??

I will NEVER use this place again. If you get a quote, get it in writing. I called when I was traveling to have someone unlock my mom's filing cabinet. The gentleman on the phone confirmed it was $95 including two keys. I said let me shop around. I called him back because he was the cheapest. I was given a window timeframe when the tech would arrive. He was an hour late and I had to call for an update. He showed up to my mom's unlocked it and gave her no key. He said he couldn't make it because he didn't have the equipment with me. My mom asked about a military discount. He said they offer it but needs to ask the office. I just came back from traveling and called to pay my bill. Well, it went from $95 to $95 plus $30 for 2 keys. I questioned the price with the Office Manager and it got me no where. In fact, I told her that I would leave a bad review and she could care less. In addition, they don't offer a military discount and the keys weren't ready. I have to call to have them made and I have to pick them up

Bought a toolbox for my truck but it didn't have a key. Took it up there and within 15 minutes I had me 3 keys at a great price. They have great customer service and reasonable prices.
