Just incredible patience and craftsmanship, from designing to execution. It’s said that you either get service or a good product but with Park Ave Kitchen & Bath, we got actually got both. Most importantly it was done within our budget. We did the kitchen counter, cabinets, sink, backsplash, and living room floor. The quality and quickness were incredible. We plan on using them again for the kitchen floor and bathroom after tax season. Will try to attach pics. We’ve chatted with 3 designers before choosing Park Ave Kitchen & Bath (he was referred to us from a friend, and very thankful for them. Incredible attention to detail and used 3 support beams instead of 2 like 99% of other contractors. Would definitely and highly recommend.

Do NOT give him a deposit upfront. He took $2,000 from me but after five months he still had not produced a final design document.

His network of suppliers is small and uninspiring – you could do better at Home Depot.

Do NOT trust him. He lies constantly about EVERYTHING.

AVOID at all costs.

If there was ever a contractor that was true to his word and gave an accurate estimate then I’ve found the only one!! Romany was amazing every step of the way. He remodeled my whole house and made it look phenomenal. Despite the fact that he specializes in kitchens and bathrooms, he actually updated every room in the house. Romany and Park Ave K&B remodeled our kitchen almost 3 years ago and we continue to enjoy the beauty and functionality today! We highly recommend Romany and Park Ave K&B for any project, from a full remodel or small upgrade. Romany is very creative in design recommendations and aesthetics, he listened closely to what I wanted for my kitchen remodel. He guided me and was so patient as I changed my mind many times! For example, we decided to change out lighting system after the counter was installed. It was a last minute, big change. He reassured us it could be done despite a tight schedule, finished the project on time without compromising quality workmanship.
Romany was very responsive to my many calls, always called back <24 hours, to keep updated as we moved from full kitchen demo to the arrival and installation of cabinetry and appliances.
Most important to us was the value of our investment: we researched 6 other companies and only Romany met all if our criteria for our project. No last minute surprises about cost or upcharges. His estimate for cost was right on target and completion was on tome and executed with precision. Romany's expertise and experience and workmanship is an excellent value! We got quotes that were less expensive or met his estimate however the quality was clearly inferior.
All aspects of the remodel were done by in-house team from demo, electrical, plumbing, appliance and cabinet installation. Each phase was completed on time, each team cleaned up and prepped for next team or phase, very respectful ofour home.
He does not outsource like most others we researched.
He is a true leader for his team, leadingby example. On many occasions, we watched Romany roll up his sleeves and help his team when he was just passing by for quick check on progress. Always with a smile and positive attitude! We will call Romany for any future needs.

Can I give 6 stars???

Romany came highly recommended - so highly that my search for someone to renovate my kitchen ended as soon as Romany and I spoke. He came to my house and listened to our thoughts while enhancing them with the eye of a designer. The design he created - and then implemented - exceeded our expectations in every possible way!
That's not all!
His crew were consummate professionals. They arrived when they said they would. They worked hard with detail and precision for the entire day....every day. They covered everything outside of the construction area, they protected the floors, and they cleaned up each and every night before they left. Further, there were times I had to leave the house and NEVER ONCE had an ounce of concern about their integrity.
Finally, Romany said the project would take about 4 weeks. Sure enough...it was done in 4 weeks.
I have never had a better experience with any renovation project. Simply phenomenal from beginning to end.
