Apparently, being falsely accused of having an extensive criminal record is the norm around this place. They will look up your name but not pay attention to middle names or birthdays, and just like that, you're denied by them. When you ask, you'll be accused of stuff that you didn't do, then asked to leave. Thy could at last have their facts in order before they're going to discriminating against customers.

Absolutely the worst place ever!!! I had a customer go up there to rent a piece of equipment for me to pick up the following morning. The manager told the customer that she could not rent to him because of my “extensive record” I called the manager to discuss with her and suggest that maybe next time she could just mention that the account is flagged to deal directly with me instead of saying I have a record. The manager was so rude and disrespectful. She was extremely argumentative, refused to give me her name and basically antagonized me until I got furious and just hung up. I attempted to call back multiple times but now she refused to answer. I will NEVER recommend or revisit this location again!!

We need a no star button. I don't ever do these, but this place definitely deserves one. I came in to rent a stomp grinder and I was denied due to my deceased father's record for stolen property. The lady was very rude when I told her she was wrong she had to be mistaken me for my father mind you I am not a (Jr ). Then she wanted to throw up my (DL) being suspended from 10 years ago because she was wrong. I have never had stolen charges.

I really would like to give a 0 but won’t allow me to. I’m sure the only good review they have they did them selves called to rent equipment and since I am my bosses assistant I gave my number instead of the company number and tried to explain that is why the company did not show up, this rude lady said why are you trying to pursue this we are not renting to you. This place is the biggest joke I have ever seen. Please someone tell me how they are still in business???? They have to be the rudest people I have ever met. Spend the extra money go to Home Depot was in and out in 5 mins and not once did I get disrespected like I did by u rent it. If your smart don’t do business with these people

My sons and I traveled 3 hours from Tampa to checked out a purchase of a bobcat Mt they had for sale. When we spoke to the owner, Rick. I was told to come and check out the equipment and test it and also wanted cash payment. From the moment we arrived we were treated with indifference and not welcomed. My son started to checked out the equipment, rightly so, for the asking price of 30K. When my son asked a question about the tracks, which were in poor condition for the asking price and not shown clear on the picture, Rick became very aggressive. He then proceed to insult us with slurs like “you people play games” and did not allow us to finish inspecting for leaks. He ordered his employees to put the bobcat away and was even shutting the door on my other son. The only thing that calm his aggressiveness was when my son showed him $30K in cash. I have never felt so hated and and unwelcome. The final straw was when the lady stated “I don’t think this business deal will be good for either one of us. And my son ask Rick if he had problems with Hispanics, and his response has a condescending laugh rolled by a devilish grin.
