This place is a scam. I spoke with Jose E., who is an agent that provides estimates for the home cleaning services. Aside from repeating the same questions he read off a script, he proceeded to add an additional basement, family and living room to my quote without telling me (I found this out later). I asked for cleaning on Saturday or Sunday and was told both days were available and if I would like to proceed with booking. I was quoted for $352; I opted to book in the morning (Jose called at 10pm) and requested the quote be sent to me via email. When I called back to book the next day I was placed with the same agent, Jose, who then told me it would be an additional $25 for weekend service, as per company policy. I responded that I was not told that the previous night and he denied being the agent. I then asked his name and he confirmed his name as the one that matches the estimate in the email. I had him read back the estimate to me, which is when I found out about the additional rooms. After the removal of the 3 rooms the price was only $25 less (of $350) and I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there is no manager. I asked to be transferred to another agent, he put me on hold and then returned to the call saying "ok everything is ok lets proceed to book". I asked again to be transferred to another agent and he notified me that he had records of our call from last night where he denied any of the previous issues. I asked for those records to be sent to my email and he deflected and asked if I would like to book. I again asked to be transferred and he told me that was not possible for him to do so, I would need to hang up and call back. I asked if he was the only employee and I would be reconnected with him, he did not answer. Please do not book with this service.

I don't know HOW they have anything over 1 star. this company is a COMPLETE SCAM! STAY AWAY.

We hired them for a "move in cleaning". They came on Tuesday to clean an EMPTY house, and when i went to go see the house after their cleaning NOTHING was done. our shower was full of dust. I paid extra for them to clean the cabinets and they were not even touched. the floors were full of dried loose paint, the track for the sliding door was filled with dirt. I called Maidpro and scheduled a second cleaning (they do a 24 hour guarantee cleaning in case you're not satisfied). So they come on Wednesday to "clean" the house and they assured me that the house would be left spotless and that a SUPERVISOR was going to be there to make sure that the house was cleaned properly. when i go check on the house on Wednesday, I was in complete disbelief at the fact that i spent $450 for someone to come in to my house and NOT clean. I called the company immediately and they said they would get back to me about a refund. Then the next day they send me an email saying "after carefully reviewing the pictures and videos you sent and comparing them with the pictures our pro took, we have come to the conclusion that our pro did not leave those areas like that" when i asked them to see the pictures they "took" they refused. yet my pictures have time and date stamps to show that they literally did not clean my house. they refused to refund me the money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!
