Thank you, Family Fence! We knew we had to request a quote when a friend of ours used Family Fence and it withstood hurricane season! It was affordable for us and they worked quickly and within our timeline since we also had pavers put in just before. We are also grateful that they handled a lot of the HOA paperwork, it made it very easy to work with them. Awesome, friendly service and we love our fence! (Our little dog loves it even more than we do!)

Great job! Carlos came out and measured. He actually made a suggestion to reduce my cost, which I appreciated. The crew came out a few days later, on a Saturday. They installed and we miscommunicated, so they actually made the corrections for me, even though it was late on a Sat night and we were there third job of the day. They lined up my fence to my neighbor’s and it looks great! I am EXTREMELY pleased with the fence and the installation. Do not hesitate to use them.

**Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!**

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this company.

They failed on so many levels, it's hard to know where to start. The fence they installed is not leveled, which looks terrible and is completely unprofessional. There is a huge gap at the door, making it practically useless. Additionally, they jammed and broke caps and beams, leaving cracks all over the place.

When I complained, they came back 4 days later to fix the mistakes, but only managed to make things worse. It was a sloppy, half-hearted attempt at a "makeup" job that just added to the mess. I ended up demanding they remove this trash fence from my backyard.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They are a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable company that actually cares about quality and customer satisfaction.

This place was great! The staff on the phone was pleasant to talk to and including the quote. After calling many places that never called me back or even answered their phones, this place picked up and within a few days had someone out to look at my fence and give me a quote. I decided to go with Family Fence and within not even a full week, they had someone out to put my fence up. It was up super fast too. Maybe 3.5 hours max. The quality was good and they did like I asked and left no gaps being that my land is graded. When it comes time to change the rest of my fence, I know who I am calling!!! Great team, speed and quality of work! I left some photos, and ignore my back yard, it’s a work in progress. Slowly getting rid of the lava rock and bricks and bringing in grass.

They fixed an existing fence that needed repairs and violated HOA rule. I hired a private contractor and they did a very poor job. My neighbor recommended Family fence . They are very professional and affordable. Would recommend to all my neighbors to use.
