Pasco Window and Door has qualified installers. Recently I had an entry door and garage window install. We were highly satisfied with the quality of the installation performed by the team lead Rob and his assistant Jordan. Both were extremely polite. Came on time and worked diligently until the project was completed. Would definitely recommend these installers.

Isaac worked quietly and efficiently. He fixed all 4 of our windows demonstrating expertise and experience with quick action fixing the window ballisters. We had a large picture window broken on the east side of our house. The window was under warranty. The window manufacturer replaced the glass itself however, we were in need of finding someone to install the glass. Jeramy and Isaac From Pasco Window and Door arrived promptly as promised. They had a difficult time getting the glass out ( no fault of their own) and we feared they might give up and say they couldn’t do it. They worked hard and were determined They came through for us and did a fabulous job. Very polite and very professional. We will most definitely use them again if we need to. The installation process was very quick. They sent out a 6 person crew so all of our windows were done in 2 days. The installers were all very friendly and polite and cleaned up after themselves. They returned a few days later to do caulk and outside paint touch ups. We had some concerns about some outside trim pieces and a scratch on one window and the owner came out the next day to inspect and take photos to send to the manufacturer. The entire experience was quite good, especially how responsive everyone was. Would like to mention Shawn, our salesman and installation crew- Dan, Johnny, Mark, Austin, Carl and Dante for special thanks.
