After arriving at our winter home a day after our new range was delivered, I was shocked to find that my previous range was 2” shorter in countertop depth and there are no ranges made in 23” depth anymore. Because the range extended 2” beyond the countertop, we were unable to fully open the dishwasher as the range blocked it. We were pretty sure we’d have to replace the countertop and after many calls to stone fabricators, we found Coastal Granite. The others companies either refused to cut the existing quartz countertops without selling a new one or they were unable to service us for another two months. Coastal Granite rescued us that very same day. They sent employees Luis and Jose within hours of our call after they finished the last scheduled job of their day. Both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient-and personable. Not only did they cut two inches off of the quartz, but they also rounded the edges to match the rest of the countertop, as if it had always been that way. Had Coastal Granite not come to our rescue that day, We would have had to return the new range by the next day and be left without a range until someone could repair or replace the countertop. Not only will we use Coastal Granite for future bathroom remodels, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Thank you Coastal Management and Jose and Luis for saving the day!!!

The team at CGC is fantastic from Rosanna in Sales to the install guys. The guys that came to our home did such a fantastic job and were so professional in their installation. And personable, they made every effort to answer questions and engage in conversation. Not just "some guys" walking in with a poor attitude-they were gentlemen.
The way my counters are configured and the stone I selected meant there would be a seam fairly visible as people walk into the kitchen. The seam is invisible! Even though the natural stone material patterns don't match up 100%, and we're not expected to, the seam was perfect - that's the only word I can think of. He is an expert at doing his magic!

I recommend CGC with 100% satisfaction, from beginning to end.

If I could give Coastal Granite ten stars then I would. From Rosanne in the office who went out of her way to get me scheduled quickly, to the guys who came to the house and installed the biggest piece of quartz I’ve ever seen, onto my kitchen Island. The team lead by Brandon and Louis did an amazing job. They were thorough, clean and extremely respectful. Once the job was finished, they cleaned the quartz to perfection. I am so happy with the job that I will never use anyone else again. Highly recommend Coastal Granite to all my friends and family!

A few months ago we started working on kitchen countertops with Scott. The results were spectacular. Last week we completed our redo with both bathrooms. Spectacular as well.

If I could give 10 stars to Coastal Granite, I would. We had a difficult kitchen problem with the size of the counters and a difficult pattern to match. Most businesses would have simply told us to choose another. But they worked with us and the manufacturer to make this work. They made it a point to have a satisfied customer. Plus, the installers were professional and did a perfect job. Our kitchen counters are far better than we ever could have imagined. We have rarely worked with contractors who were so dedicated and helpful. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them in the future.
